The disk worked very well. At first I didnt understand how to reset the password, but then I did it in a few simple steps when my computer read the disk. Thank you, I did not lose the information I had that was super important.

It does, literally, nothing. Furthermore, the “ contact us no matter what if this does not work, and we will help” email also does not work. Feel a bit like someone is pranking me for the cost of this. Worse, wasting my time. Not recommended.

This CD ROM disk saved my life it was so easy to use just put it in the computer read the props and answer a few questions and everything was fix and I am so glad to be able to order it from Amazon because it came the next day great service and a great product

I literally put this in my computer restarted computer left my house for a while came back , & it was on a screen asking me if i want to remove passwords i clicked yes , restarted computer & i was in ! Do not believe the bad reviews it almost made me not purchase however im glad i did !

idn’t work at all. Returned and only got back 78¢! What the heck! I emailed them for help like it says to do and never once did I get a reply!! Never again from this shop.

Easy to use, nothing else was needed.

Even though the screens did not look like their online directions, I followed the logic, and it worked very quickly! Success, after I had tried a different disk, several times, that did not work. Then, I ordered this one!

I tried everything. I went on YouTube, I emailed text support. Their first instruction did not work and set pictures of the screen. They emailed me down I site to go to and I for me to print out a page of instructions. Terrible. Then IT STILL DID NOT WORK!!! Do not waste ur money.

The only reason why I gave it one star due to the lack of customer service. I had email the company multiple times with no response and the product did not work.
