I needed to reset my password on my old laptop. The disk information claimed to be able to do this. The laptop wouldnt read the disk and kept asking for removable storage which was inserted.

I was unable to use it for the problem I had and in all honesty it might have been because I misunderstood what I needed to fix my problem. However, I tried following instructions but still didnt get my problem resolved. The thing that I really am not happy with is how long it is taking me to get a credit after returning it.

The only reason why I gave it one star due to the lack of customer service. I had email the company multiple times with no response and the product did not work.

This was so easy to use and reset my forgotten password within 5 minutes. Totally worth it, highly recommend.

I searched the disk title on YouTube and found a video that showed me step by step. Im a visual learner and not a computer tech. So I had to watch it a few times. It worked like a charm!! I noticed way down the page that the company has a video as well. You may wish to download it first. Thanks Ralix for a great product. I have a vista (windows 8) and it worked!!

I used this to go around my brothers forgotten 100 times over forgotten. Password on a compaq windows 7 desktop. Worked great. He had virus + malware and GOD only knows what problems. I did a full reset to original config and works fine now.

I bought this for my mum who got locked out of her PC and is clueless, and it solved her problem with no issues! She can barely send an email so cant get higher praise than that!!
