What a joke this don’t work don’t waste your time or money on this crap

I bought this for my mum who got locked out of her PC and is clueless, and it solved her problem with no issues! She can barely send an email so cant get higher praise than that!!

Thanks for the disc which gave me a lot of hope. Unfortunately my computer hard drive was unable to recognize and read the disc. The hard drive kept asking me to input the disk when it was already in the drive. No problem because of this I knew it could not be the disc. So I got a new laptop so you saved me a lot of trouble and I am grateful to you for your kindness. You helped me make a good decision.

I was very excited to tap in to a laptop of mine I hadn’t seen in 10 years. I found this disk that was guaranteed to fix my password issue in 5 to 10 minutes. 3 hours later —- . The directions begged me not to give them a bad rating but to email them and they would fix it or give me my money back. It’s now been 2 days and I have not heard back. Thanks.

The disc did nothing and when I emailed the address provided on the Instructions & Support card included with the disc, my email bounced back to me.

I asked for a refund but never herd back I had to take my ox into a repair shop to get my password changed.

I was skeptical about buying this because of some of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I did. This product worked beautifully for me. Within 10 mins of receiving it in the mail I was able to get into this laptop for the first time in 9 years.

Product does not work

Yes I was shouting! This disk saved all my files—I had moved, then I got i’ll then after a year I tried to open my computer with what I thought was my password… goodness knows how many attempts later (different spellings, words, numbers…) I was locked out. I ordered the disk, followed the instructions and in a couple of minutes I was back in! FANTASTIC!
