Bought this for my mom because she doesnt really get computers and thought I was being a bit optimistic - thought maybe this wouldnt be any easier and would just frustrate her.

This product did not help me unlock or reset my password on my laptop computer

I used this to go around my brothers forgotten 100 times over forgotten. Password on a compaq windows 7 desktop. Worked great. He had virus + malware and GOD only knows what problems. I did a full reset to original config and works fine now.

Locked myself out of my computer - dont use everyday. The power went out now Im faced with login screen (Oops forgot password) Now what do you do? Thank God I bought this disc for someone else it saved the day. Told my friend dont you dare lose that, I may need it again.
