This product did not help me unlock or reset my password on my laptop computer

This was so worth the money. I popped it in my computer and entered a password and it instantly opened my computer. I saved technical support costs for sure.

Did not work at all

Worth a try for $12. In my case it was well worth the money to reduce the chance of ineptly messing up something else by trying to fix the problem using free internet advice. It worked, now Im just trying to understand how the Windows local and MS account passwords are set up.

Bought this for my mom because she doesnt really get computers and thought I was being a bit optimistic - thought maybe this wouldnt be any easier and would just frustrate her.

It does, literally, nothing. Furthermore, the “ contact us no matter what if this does not work, and we will help” email also does not work. Feel a bit like someone is pranking me for the cost of this. Worse, wasting my time. Not recommended.

This disk didnt work at all when I followed the instructions. It wouldnt even start the process. I tried contacting tech support and got no response. Total waste of money for me.

Booted to the CD and the account screen came up (after about 5 minutes) and I was able to reset the admin account and one other account I needed. No problems.
