Razor A Kick Scooter for Kids - Lightweight, Foldable, Aluminum Frame, and Adjustable Handlebars

> 3 dayThis Razor A Kick scooter is very affordable and easy to manage. My 6 year old opened the box and was able to get it ready to ride all by himself, even adjusting the height. The handlebars are comfy and there is a no slip grip for his foot. It fits him well and I know hes safe with it as long as he wears his helmet. I love that it folds and well be able to take it with us on trips to a park or wherever without worrying that were taking up too much trunk space. Since its adjustable, it is shared easily amongst friends of all sizes, from a small 3.5 year old, to bigger 9 year olds. The red is a good color for boys and girls. The scooter has held up pretty well despite rough play over the past 5 months, but the adjuster to raise/lower the handlebar does sometimes get stuck. Id caution against leaving it outside during rainy weather as it can and will rust. Since its lightweight, and since its easily foldable, my kids are pretty good about bringing it inside without a hassle. I love the price as a good outdoor activity -- for around $25 I have a riding toy that all my kids can use if they dont feel like bike riding.

18-11-2024Cute, folds nicely, seems well worth the money spent. (Around $28 at the time, I think.) Actually has a rear step-on brake, but my kids keep forgetting to use it. Streamers were shedding a bit out of the box, hope that doesnt keep up. The platform was REALLY small. Im not sure of the proper foot positioning for kick scooter riding, but my almost-six-year old daughter couldnt even come close to fitting both feet on here. Just one foot, scooted all the way up, and one foot resting just the ball of her foot, at best. So maybe for that it should be four stars. Well see how it goes.

> 3 dayThe most important thing is it runs well, although its showing its age: The pretty plastic streamers fall off a little at a time when its used, and we can no longer fold it for storage or retract the handle.

> 3 dayMy son had a Razor scooter when he was little and my daughter inherited it when she was 2 and was begging for a scooter. My son said she could have it if she started using the potty like a big girl. So she did. Its very durable. My son rode it for 7ish years. Its portable and doesnt take up much space in my car which is very handy since my son plays baseball and all his equipment takes up a lot of space back there. My daughter loves riding it on the paths by the baseball fields so it keeps her nicely occupied during the games and shes 5 now. She learned how to balance a 2 wheel bike by riding this. Anyway, I bought this one since her beloved and well used old one was stolen. The quality of this one seems similar to that of her old one. I highly recommend this. I know shell love it cause its pink. I love the color. She hasnt seen it yet though since its all wrapped and waiting for her birthday this Saturday.

> 3 dayThis is not what I wanted. The description said this was the original, instead I got a redesigned scooter that is meant for smaller children, clearly what the 5+ was for. I used to have this particular design from Razor and have been a 55 Mexican for at least 15 years since owning the original. I specifically remember being able to raise the handle bars well above my head and being able to place both my feet on the board. The handle bars on this model barely come up to my belt line and can not be raised any higher than that because there is a locking mechanism preventing this. What is even the point of the collar lock if you can barely raise the handle bars higher than the picture? Like, I seriously want to try and see if I can ride this thing the way it is, because I actually needed this thing, but Im afraid the company wont take it back if theres barely a scratch on the damn thing.

> 3 daySo easy to put together. My granddaughter is a little intimidated by this as it takes more skill than she has attained with her three wheeled scooter. With practice she’s getting better. The product looks good, it’s well made, was shipped across country a few thousand mikes away from me- so no, it definitely didn’t arrive in a timely manner- but that’s just human error- it wasn’t for lack of trying, and it’s a great addition to my grandchildren’s toys to keep them active. I say, buy this one!!

Greater than one weekCouldnt beat the price for this nice quality scooter that I got when Amazon had their sale leading up to Prime Day. This one folds up when not in use. The handlebar raises up to a maximum of 33 inches from the bottom of the wheel and the lowest point is 23 inches from the wheel. You can adjust anywhere in between if needed. I bought this to keep at my house for when my grandkids, 2-1/2 to 5, come to visit.

> 3 dayThis is a great scooter!! My 5 y.o. loved it for her birthday! After a few tries, she can really go on it! Shes small for her age, and we live in a mountainous area, so its not exactly a piece of cake for her to ride anything with wheels. The first time we took it to the park, she wiped out 4 times (!) but was able to roll off in a way that she didnt get hurt. The next time out, she did 10X better! I love it because its portable and folds up so easily, taking up next to no space in the car. It shipped in a small box, and literally clicked together out of the box. We end up taking it along a lot of places and she gets in extra riding time during otherwise boring events where busting out a big bike would be a little much. It is also so so cute. Much to my dismay, my child is in the thick of a princess phase and she was so happy to get this. My 63 husband also rides it and it holds up great! lol! He did some skateboard tricks on it and impressed the neighborhood kindergartners.

> 3 dayWe needed a new scooter for my 10 year old daughter. She didnt want something that had sparks out the back end, would hold chalk, did tricks, etc. This is was the perfect scooter. It is sturdy enough to get her around the street. It has a nice smooth ride. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because she said the front wheel wobbles a bit. It has done this since the 2nd day she rode it. This it probably something that just needs to be tightened, I havent looked at it too closely yet. All in all, finding a pink scooter in the price range I needed was not an easy task, and this scooter definately fits the bil for what we needed.
