> 3 dayBought this as a Christmas gift for our 6 year old daughter. We purchased the item at a very reasonable price and it was delivered in secure packaging. She loves the color and the tassels and bell make it stand apart from other kids scooters at the park. (Several other girls asked if they could ride hers...theres definitely an appeal for younger girls!) Our daughter doesnt really ask to ride it much, but thats less the fault of the scooter and more about our daughters lack of coordination. :) Four star rating is because the handlebar does not stay up securely (it occasionally slips down) despite our efforts to tighten everything up.

> 3 dayValue for the price is great. One never knows anymore. This came quickly fully assembled. Unfold and go. Appears to be sufficiently sturdy and then some for the intended small people.

Greater than one weekThis is a Christmas present and appears to be a nice scooter. Not able to rate assembly and sturdiness at this time. Beware of one thing AMAZON did NOT ship this in an Amazon box, it was on our front porch in a Razor Scooter original box. Thankful that my older daughter got home before my youngest to bring it in and hide it as it is a Christmas present

> 3 dayIm a college student who decided it was necessary to buy some form of transportation because I am taking back to back classes that are the opposite sides of campus. It just came in last night and it does feel a little small. I am 52 with a size 6.5 shoe. When holding the handle my arms are slightly bent, about maybe at a 150 degree angle from being completely straight. My foot already takes the majority of the space and my other foot must be on the break, it cannot also rest behind my other foot on the scooter. When I was little and had a scooter, obviously I was shorter and had smaller feet so this could explain the inconvenience. However, I can live with it and use it comfortably. But those of a taller height and bigger shoe size, I would consider/ suggest looking for one a bigger size of possible.

> 3 dayI bought this for my daughter as part of her birthday present this past February. Unfortunately, being a winter birthday she couldnt go outside and use it except for a couple days when the weather has gotten better(its late March right now). However, she has been scooting around the house for the last few weeks and has gotten the hang of it pretty well. All the neighborhood kids already have these scooters so itll be nice for her to race her friends! Im giving it an OK rating because aside from assembly being super-simple(just unfold it and it clicks in place) and looking like good quality(thats why I went with the Razor name instead of a cheaper alternative) it has already started loosening around the headtube. Its to the point where the front wheel can completely turn a different direction than the handlebar if you put the lightest pressure on it! Im almost afraid to let her go outside now and use it on the sidewalks(she does have a matching Razor helmet which I always make her wear). Its only been used in the house for a few weeks and shouldnt fall apart like this! Unfortunately, I dont have a big enough wrench nor do I know what size headtube wrench to buy on Amazon. Weve had numerous bikes at the house over the years and I cant remember ever once having to tighten the headtube. I wonder if this is a common issue? If anyone knows the answer to my questions I would greatly appreciate it! Jae

> 3 dayI purchased this Razor Scooter as a gift for my 6 year old grandson. This scooter was replacing his old scooter (a different brand) that broke after using for only a short period time. I waited 5 months before writing a review in order to see how well this Razor A Kick Scooter held up in comparison to his old scooter. Well, this scooter is far superior in construction as well as ease of use. It is light in weight (only 6 pounds), and constructed of airplane grade aluminum. It is extremely durable,, able to withstand all that a six year old boy could inflict upon it. It is well balanced and folds up easily, has inline style urethane wheels, and a rear fender brake. I purchased it in the green color to match his new safety helmet. Well, its been 5 months now, and my grandson has put it through the equivalent of an extreme automotive durability test. The Razor A Kick Scooter has passed with flying colors, earning it the Grandma Certificate of Approval.

> 3 dayhighly recommend this scooter for your child! It says 5+, but I bought it for my almost 3 year-old daughter and while she isnt a pro at riding it, she LOVES being like the older kids and riding it. Especially if they are little, dont forget the helmets and pads because there WILL be some falls, but its all part of growing up! With that said, the weight limit says 143 lbs so definitely not a scooter for an adult to ride around on. Ive put all my weight on it (170lbs) and can move around on it, but would hurt the long-term durability, for sure. For $30, you cant beat the benefits of getting your kid outside and moving around! For adults, you can get one, too, to add to the fun for your young child. (get a bigger one like the Pro model $50). Scooter folds up for easy storage and can get slammed all around without damaging it..In short, its kid proof!

> 3 dayWe needed a new scooter for my 10 year old daughter. She didnt want something that had sparks out the back end, would hold chalk, did tricks, etc. This is was the perfect scooter. It is sturdy enough to get her around the street. It has a nice smooth ride. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because she said the front wheel wobbles a bit. It has done this since the 2nd day she rode it. This it probably something that just needs to be tightened, I havent looked at it too closely yet. All in all, finding a pink scooter in the price range I needed was not an easy task, and this scooter definately fits the bil for what we needed.

> 3 dayI remember when these scooters hit the market and became all the rage among children and adults alike. Back then it seemed you couldnt touch one for less than $100 or so. That was about three years ago, I think? My son is now six years old, and many of his friends now find themselves in possession of the Razor scooters that were once cherished by their older brothersand sisters. My son happens to be the oldest in our family, so he hasnt the benefit of older siblings from whom he might have inherited a scooter, and thus he was left with the only viable alternative: he requested one for Christmas. And, happily, as the market has been inundated with Razor Scooters, the price has come down. I think its an excellent value for the $30 we paid. I liked how easy it was to assemble. We needed an allen wrench to attach the handle, but that was all. I like that the handles height is adjustable, and that the construction, overall, seems sturdy. My son is a big fan of the brake on the back wheel. The only concern I have is that the height-adjustable handle will become loose eventually. Rather than having height levels that lock into place, the handles are held at a given height by pressure inflicted by a squeezing clamp. Weve had no trouble with it so far, but it strikes me as being the sort of part that could easily become faulty with too much use. Maybe -- hopefully -- Ill be proven wrong there. Especially since his three younger siblings are hoping to inherit it eventually. ;)

Greater than one weekAfter reading the description and some reviews, I had the idea that this would be a suitable scooter for a short adult. If it is, the adult has to be shorter than I am (and Im pretty short). I was pretty disappointed when I found that Id have to hunch over to use it. I ended up ordering another Razor scooter. It wasnt worth it to me to pay $10 to ship it back, so I sent it to my niece (elementary school age) as an early birthday gift. So far, she has been having a lot of fun zipping up and down the sidewalk on it.
