I needed 3 of these for my boys, and of course they had to have their favourite colour. These scooters arrived at my Post office in less than a week at a overseas military address. Scooters were exactly as described. Adjustable height for the handle bars. Capable of folding up to a relatively small size for stowage, or travel. Why the 4 stars as opposed to 5? This is because the handle bar shaft fits somewhat loosely in the neck of the scooter. I would expect it to be of a tighter fit. Every Razor scooter I have ever seen or handled demonstrated this looseness in the neck. Other than that they are great!

I love my Razor A Kick Scooter (pink) so much!!! In fact, the other day I was having a good time at my apartment practicing some tricks you know like bunny hops and other cool things and I guess I was having so much fun the neighbors werent about it and told me to keep it down and stop listening to old nelly throwbacks. So I guess the only NEGATIVE complaint I have about my Razor A Kick Scooter (Pink) would be that its too much fun for some people to handle but my recommendation is to suggest to those who complain about your indoor Razor A Kick Scootering (Pink) that they get a Razor A Kick Scooter (Pink) themselves because thats what I did to my neighbor and guess what???? He didnt get one (yet) but he seemed pretty interested in the idea and I even let him have a test run on mine. Another thing I noticed is that people tend to give you a lot of attention when riding your Razor A Kick Scooter (Pink) and it does cause a bit of jealousy especially when you ride it to a party, but you have just got to learn to accept the jealousy you know? Anyways definitely recommend best purchase ive made by far and its really enhanced my love life. Oh yeah one more negative!!! I am pretty tall so I am thinking this scooter may have been more suitable for those under the age of 18 but I find you actually earn street creed when you are able to ride your Razor A Kick Scooter (Pink) while squatting down because its a little more challenging, so for those of you worrying about the height just remember you will still look fly if you just squat a little!!!!

This has been a great scooter for our 6 year old (who was 5 when we bought it last Christmas.) He rides it every day, which brings me to the only issue weve had with this product so far. The back wheel is completely worn--its actually squared off on the bottom. He does use it quite a bit, but I would have thought the wheel would last at least a year. For the price, though, this is a good product and the rest of the scooter has held up well.

I have owned my Razor A2 Kick Scooter for many years now. Being a kid, I always had to have the latest, or more commonly, the coolest. When all my friends began bragging about their super cool new Razor scooters, I just had to have it. I instantly found it on Amazon and spent all my Amazon gift certificates I had been saving. When it came I was so excited. I made plans to roam the streets in my new scooter! I was pretty satisfied for the first few weeks with the scooters performance, then I got caught up with school work and soon, the scooter was forgotten (obviously the newness had worn off or possibly it hadnt held my interest, hmm..). I eventually got a very nice bike and rode it every day, especially enjoying making wide turns across the street (which was not the safest choice, you kids out there!). One day, while searching the garage for my bike helmet I stumbled upon an ancient artifact- my old scooter! I decided to test it out and see how well I could still ride it. Of course I had grown some, which was one of the flaws with the scooter... there is a limit to how high the handlebars could be raised. I rode into the driveway and as the first wheel hit the small space between my driveway and the sidewalk- you know... where those little wooden bars are? -the whole scooter tipped over! I thought, either Im not used to this scooter, or it isnt very stable. So I continued into the road. Expecting to make a large U-turn on the little scooter I turned the handles and quickly the bike stopped and fell over giving me a minor bruise to the forearm. I know, I know- you probably think Im just some reckless person who was just really stupid with handling my scooter. But I must say, I looked at the scooters handles and thought the two handles where your hands go were pretty close to each other. I compared them to my bikes handles and was surprized. The scooters handles were really close to each other. Now if you like sensitive steering (tiny movements which turn more than you think), the scooter would be no problem for you. But being a bike rider, I like big wide turns. So here is my list of pros and cons. My opinions may not be even relevantly close to yours, but hey, thats what makes it an opinion. Pros: * These scooters make good birthday presents for kids ( I would recommend ages 6 - 11 but all kids are different) * There are five pretty cool colors: black, blue, purple, red, and green * The handlebars have a squishy feel and are pretty comfortable * The metal bottom part of the scooter where you stand has a rough sand-like texture so you wont slip off while riding * It folds in half for easy transportation as well as the handles folding up * The brake located on the back helps to stop quickly Cons: * The handlebars are somewhat hard to steer * The surface on which you drive needs to be pretty smooth (rough surfaces: hard to maintain speed... cracks or ridges: tipping over) * The handles cant adjust to every height, so if you are at least 5 feet tall, riding MAY become difficult... same with adjusting smaller, the handles might be too high if you arent particularly tall * It does require a little practice before being able to ride it perfectly... but I suppose thats not really a con, is it? NOTE: If a stick or a rock is in the path of this scooter and you dont want to bother going around it... let me save you the trouble by saying, just go around it! This scooter can be fun to ride as long as it suits you... Im not really against, or for this scooter. And I am not trying to make you buy, or not buy this product. I just want you to think through the pros and cons before you buy this... unlike I once did.

I purchased this scooter for my grandson. It was one of the daily deals at the time, and was at a great price. This product is made of quality material and will definitely stand up to the test of time and the abuse of a 6 year old active boy. If you are looking for a scooter for your child or grandson, I would definitely look into buying a razor. My son actually had one of these as a child too, and they definitely hold up and withstand the hardships of being owned by active boys, and I even still have that one at my house for back up when they are here.

I ordered this looking at kids using this. But later had a feeling that I made a bad decision as my daughter (2 months to 4 years) is too young and has not used any 3 wheel cycle too. But to my surprise she loves this and in a matter of 3/4 days got very comfortable to use this. Its perfect for her. She gets up in the morning and first thing she does is grabbing it and holds on to this until she goes to bed. She goes from room to room with this scooter. And wherever she sits her cycle is next to her :-) Having said this, the scooter is just OK (after the height is adjusted) for adults. It keeps shaking and sometimes hard to balance. But I know, its not intended for adults. The brake should have been better with rubber friction than the aluminum pressing the back wheel directly, this would give a good grip. And there could be some rubber coating on outer side of the scooters base. It hurts whenever we unconsciously stumble on the scooter. The other sides are OK as its mostly rounded and smoothed; only the base has edges. I am saying this because this is meant for kids and good chances for them to put it haphazardly and we have practically experienced getting hit. I am not sure if you guys will agree with me. Anyway thanks for reading, and I recommend this for kids of 4-7 year age.

I was searching for a scooter and saw this one on the daily deals. I was a bit worried that it wouldnt last long since its foldable and because my 11 year old enjoys sharing his outside toys with our neighbors. Thanks to their attempts to show off, this scooter has taken a lot of hits. So have they! Its foldable and easy to store. It doesnt take much space and he just slips it back into the box it came in (fully assembled) and put the box in the closet. He enjoys it and Im happy.

My kid (10, tall, thin) has been using this for a year now and is now 11! Razor scooter A is perfect for her. I think shes getting a touch too tall for it now, so Im trying to get her to upgrade, and give this to her 5 year old sister. But she just does not want to let it go. Let it go, let it go....darn! Im never going to get that song out of my head! Awesome scooter. Just buy it. Its exactly as described, and if you must get more details, go to the razor scooter website for the full specs.

I purchased this scooter because I had recently gotten a job that was a mile away from where I lived. I did not want to walk the mile there and back to work, I do not own a car and a bike would have been a little bulky in my apartment so I decided to get a scooter. I was a little scared that I would be too heavy for it, and after having read some of the reviews I thought it would be a cheap piece of junk....but it isnt. It is great quality and works amazing. I am 5 foot 4 inches and weight about 147 lbs so I know that it is sturdy if it can hold my weight back and forth to work. I am a little tall for it, the handle bars are a little short, but it doesnt bother me much...after all is it made for a child not a full grown women. It folds up nicely, when i get to work I just fold it up place it in the large beach bag that I have and it fits perfectly. Would definitely purchase again, would possibly want a taller model though.
