> 3 dayThe first time we used the large 28 checked bag (on a domestic US flight), it arrived broken as shown in the photos. Very poor durability. Note there was nothing unusual packed in the bag, just clothes. And it was not overpacked or overstuffed; total weight at the airport was 46 pounds (specs say the bag itself weighs 11, so 35 pounds of clothes). Very disappointed.

> 3 dayI had a previous version of this suitcase that was great. However 2 weeks in, the inner zipper ripped, it constantly is off balance and tripping me up in the airport, and overall just isn’t really working for a frequent traveler like me. Only good thing is the amount of internal space, which is why I bought this over other brands at a similar price.

> 3 dayAfter ONE use, the interior lining has ripped and is coming apart from the frame of the luggage. The interior clasps have ripped off and it does not seem like a durable luggage set. Overall, very disappointed in the quality. Do not recommend it at all!

> 3 dayI’m only giving for stars because I found a suitcase that was 1 inch larger for $30 cheaper. Other than that the item came on time & was in perfect condition. I was able to fit 6 pairs of shoes & 12 outfits and still had a lot of room. It was very easy to roll and spot out at baggage claim.

> 3 dayI liked the extra pockets and pouches. Makes it very easy to separate items. for a 5 day trip I fit 2 pairs of shoes 8 tops 3 pairs of pants and 2 coats. Worth the price!

> 3 dayLooks great, but not durable. The handle broke wheeling it through my home the night before my first trip.
