Just got this set and they looked amazing. HOWEVER, the very first time I pack and stand my suitcase up, a wheel pops off. This is extremely annoying because I am traveling right this moment and can’t just return the suitcase so I’ll be traveling with a broken wheel. This wheel looks like there are absolutely no screws holding it in place?? After seeing this, I checked th rest of the wheels and another one seems like it will fall off any second. I’ll be contacting the manufacturer to see if this is covered in the warranty but overall makes the product seem so cheap.

Excellent product. Enjoyed my luggage. It was able to hold up perfectly through airport mishandling.

Nice luggage and very light material, wheels are smooth but the pull up handle is a little flimsy.

The luggage is lightweight and is very pretty. I only gave a 4 star on durability the zipper was sewn so close to the edge of the fabric divider that it frayed on its first use. HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and honored their lifetime warranty…and quickly!

I purchased this as a gift for someone who needs to travel this weekend. Im not sure what the remedy is for this situation but Im extremely upset that it arrived damaged. Please let me know if it can be returned and replaced
