Reaction Reverb 20 Hardside Expandable 8-Wheel Spinner Carry-on Luggage, Black

I was really excited to receive this suitcase. Seemed durable, and large enough to accommodate clothing for long trips. However, the 2nd time I used this piece of luggage, the handle on the top completely snapped off. I didnt even have the case full. Seriously, a cheaply made suitcase. I will be contacting Kenneth Cole to try to get money back or some sort of replacement.

Love this very big and spacious!

Cracked shell on second trip out, right around bumper meant to protect. Wasnt throwing it around and only carried on. Suspect it was cracked lifting up into Uber. And Ive been such a Kenneth Cole suitcase fan, until now.

The suitcase was advertised as, “used like new”. The inside did not have any wear. However, the handle is broken. There are scratches all over the outside of the suitcase.

Great out of the box experience which matches the luggages overall quality/material and utility.

Color is definitely not as bright as pictured. More of a navy(not vivid blue as ordered). Seems to be sturdy and I love all the compartments to keep things separated. Will update after we use it this weekend.

I had a Kenneth Cole 28 suitcase for years that survived many trips domestically and internationally. In April 2021 when it finally wore out and would no longer roll I bought another one, same size, same size. It survived 2 trips. I took it out of the car in my driveway and was rolling it into the house when the handle broke off in my hand. I am very disappointed. If this had happened during my trip I would have been furious. Does anyone know how II contact the seller. Someone else said they was a 10 year warranty.

The color is beautiful, wheels move well but the interior zipper broke after 5 months.

I took this suitcase from the box it was delivered in straight to the airport, as I got to security the handle on the suitcase would not go down. Once I finally got it down, the handle would not come back up so I was forced to carry the suitcase through the airport. Since I landed, the handle is still stuck.

This is a great suitcase, but it broke on my third trip.
