Reaction Reverb 20 Hardside Expandable 8-Wheel Spinner Carry-on Luggage, Black

I am quite sure this product is pretty good considering I have one that Ive previously purchased ( hence me ordering a new set for my wedding travels. The ONE (1) star is for AMAZON although I selected the Amazon Warehouse version for slightly less they only mention slight exterior damage. However the description was never indicative of wheels missing which makes the unit completely inoperable. And that should have. Been clearly stated. I wouldnt have wasted my time.

My daughter bought this set of luggage for her trip out of the country. when she got to her destination and picked up her luggage she realized that the zipper pulled away from the hard case. We contacted Amazon to see what they could do and they said they needed the bag back in order to give us a refund. Unfortunately she doesn’t have the means to send it back plus it would cost so much more money than it’s worth. I would definitely not buy this product again.

The inside design is great, the wheels however, when it comes to rolling appropriately, might wanna pick a different set of wheels.

Would have given this luggage five stars but the zipper pulls keep falling off.

This suitcase is fantastic! Its so nice and light. It holds alot of clothes for being so small. The separation compartments are perfect. Thank you!

this is the third suitcase that i bought of the like of the above item - 2 silver 1 black.

I bought this suitcase a couple years ago and only have used it a few times. The first three times I used this suitcase it was perfect. I traveled last week and upon leaving the hotel the handle will not go down.

So I have this in black also that I bought at a store. The handle on the black one is thick and sturdy. The handle on the pink one I bought on here is thin and flimsy. So when trying to push it the handle turns and bends. It also gets jammed trying to expand the handle and put it down.
