Reaction Reverb 20 Hardside Expandable 8-Wheel Spinner Carry-on Luggage, Black

Looks nice but poorly constructed. Wheels are VERY loud (on any surface) compared to just about any other suitcase Ive ever seen. I decided to stick with the bag despite the noise, but only had it for ~6 months before one of the wheels actually fell off. I had about a 20 minute walk from the train station to my hotel in New York, and apparently the friction generated from rolling on the sidewalk that long was enough to melt the frame of the wheel and let it break off.

On a recent cross country trip, my old soft side suitcases handle quit on me...after 15+ years, not too bad! I didnt buy on Amazon, as I had to travel the next day, so I did buy the 20 and the 28 in the very pretty rose gold. I saw reviews that said the zippers or the handles failed...well, I had to take the chance. I packed the 20, and set it inside the 28, so I would only have to check one bag. The 28 had lots of room, was able to actually put items around the 20 incher, and also in the top compartment of the 28. Weight was 39.5 at the airport. Wheels roll very easily, the handle does seem to stick a bit, but was functional. It survived tsa checks and 3 transfers on the cross country trip. It has a couple of whitish marks on it, no dents, and some black marks which came off easily with a sponge and a little dish soap. I love the way it looks! The only thing that might be better is if there were a latch, as the zippers are the only closures holding the bag together. But no problems for me. I did not use the bag expanded.

Super happy with those. We have 4 of them and travel often to Europe on long flights with lots of stops. Those are durable and last forever!

It met all of my expectations as a middle of the line priced bag. Very nice wheels and zippers all seem to be smooth

Love these and have several. But poor quality as handle broke before first use

We purchased this suitcase for spring break in 2019. It has only flown maybe 3xs and has been falling apart since its first use. Inside with the fabric tearing and outside with the handles snapping off.

Hard case with 8 wheels make it easy to roll good price, Im pleased. Id recommend it to my friends.

We travel often and my previous suitcase didnt have an extender. I bought this one because it does have an extender and I can fit so much more into it!!!! I love this case and it moves so easily! the wheels are great
