The suitcase looks great and sturdy, haven’t been able to use it yet. But, I was disappointed that the colors don’t quite match. I bought the carry on size and the 24 in size separately, but when the larger one arrived it seems to be just gold, it doesn’t match the rose tones of the smaller suitcase. I thought I would have a matching set! As to quality, I can update the review after I’ve used the bag a couple times.

The suitcase looks really nice, but the quality is lacking. The handle get stuck while extended, which makes it difficult to use on a plane. I have to open my suitcase and push in a button that is under the fabric to get the handle down. Not practical. And it got very banged up the 2nd time I used it and looks not great already. Pretty disappointed since this is a Kenneth Cole product. Will need to replace this soon, which sucks since it was over $50 for it.

I really loved this suitcase. I loved the two separate compartments and the pockets and organizers. However, after traveling with it only a handful of times, the handle broke off the top. Ive tried to fix it but I can see its a cheap design with a screw going into plastic. It also got VERY scuffed up very quickly. You get what you pay for I guess.

My only minor complaint is my adjustable handle doesn’t click into the medium height properly so it’s either low or high, which is fine. LOVE this otherwise. I also have the regular size Kenneth Cole Reaction suitcase in another color (from a retailer). Both are great price and value!

This was the perfect size for a carry on. I did not use the expandable zipper, so I am not sure if that still fits the standard for a carry on with Alaska. really lightweight and easy to lift even when full and it has so many compartments for all my creams and brushes.

great quality! its very pretty and for how lightweight it is, its very sturdy! i love the 360º spinning wheels as well, it makes it easy to maneuver. the inside had several pockets and straps making it very easy to organize my clothes, chargers/electronics, shoes, liquids all separately! i travel every 1-2 months from california to louisiana and have never had any issues with this. i wish it came with a safety lock but luckily i had my own TSA approved small padlock with a key that fit into the zippers to keep them closed. no complaints! love it so much.
