My umbrella broke in a mesy wind and rain storm, leaving me all wet. Im trying to figure out how to use their lifetime guarantee!

Ive owned many travel size umbrella and this by far the best one. Ill probably not look for another and just by more when needed. It is very well made! Very confident in a bad windy storm with this umbrella.

If I carry this in my handbag I hurt my shoulder - it’s so heavy!! It’s nice but I leave it in trunk of car. Haven’t used it yet!

Great price point. And works well. I recently purchased another one because I happened to have left my original one at a store in a mall while shopping with my daughter and her friends. Tried to retrace my steps to no avail. So I was happy enough with this umbrella to purchase it again.

Very sturdy umbrella. Love the way it opens. Love the blue color. Only issue is closing it takes two hands. It is quite firm and has to be pushed hard to close.

The umbrellas are very well made, and stylish too, depending on what style you order. The size is perfect for traveling as it folds up nicely and fits in our cross body bags. They have an automatic opening and closing button, which is a nice feature. One little quirk - when you click on the Close button on the handle, the umbrella snaps shut so you can manually retract it and tie the velcro cord around it. However, the only way to open it back up is to full retract it to the closed position, then hit the Open button. If you just click on the Close button, the umbrella retracts but its still in the extended position. In this position, you cannot open it back up without fully locking it in the closed position (hope I explained this ok). Other than that, it performed great in the wind and rain. We used them on our recent vacation off and on for 4-6 weeks, and never had a problem. One rainy day, I was using my umbrella and slipped on the wet pavement. I dropped the umbrella and my hand or arm must have fallen on it, and one of the spines broke. It was still usable though. I happened to receive an email asking how I liked the umbrella, and in the email I noticed that it had a lifetime guarantee, so I told them what happened to the umbrella when I fell. I received an immediate response from Rebecca in their umbrella support team, who said she would replace the umbrella immediately. Within a week, I received a replacement umbrella. So not only do they have a great product, but their customer service support is fantastic. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone!

I have opened it up once and folded it back up to see if everything seems right. It does appear to be as advertised; however, I have yet to actually use it.
