this umbrella fit perfectly in my book bag, just in case its a rainy/windy day. At first, when you use it. It has this weird smell but after a while it disappears.

It collapsed the first time a gust of wind blew.

Really like sturdy and dependable.. the only thing I would have wished is that the long piece that you hold the umbrella up with was longer it’s really short. Overall so far so good. I also really like that all you have to do is hit the button and it pulls the umbrella down.

Love the quality and size

The umbrella seems sturdy and made of good materials, however I got misguided by the images of the post and thought this had double layer for winds. It does not. Just pay attention to that. Other than that seems a nice item for the price.

Having just moved to the Big Apple in the heart of the East Village I experienced a wondrous new force of nature called rain. We didnt have too much in the desert wasteland of Southern California. My first few days of wind and rain wreaked havoc on my puny little pocket umbrella and I certainly wasnt going to carry the mammoth golf umbrella that lives in my car because well thats how one gets yelled at in the aforementioned Big Apple. So I started doing research on umbrellas. What a rabbit hole that was. Anyway I ended up with this one, chosen because it resembled Draculas cape (setting a tone for would be muggers - he dont mess with me I just might be a vampire). It is a great great umbrella - very strong and well designed to vent wind and not flip inside out like in the funny papers. Its compact enough to not get me killed and but large enough when opened to cover me and all the bags of groceries Im walking the mean streets with. I liked it so much I ordered a second one but with stars on the inside (my, god, its full of starts) so I kind of feel like Dave in 2001 as hes going into the monolith. In fact sometimes I hear Thus Spake Zarathustra when Im using it.

A nice small discreet umbrella with a decent build and nice blue color, I’m satisfied with it

This umbrella is pretty sturdy. It dries very fast. It also doesnt look or feel cheap, however I have some concerns. The first one is its easy to open, but gets a bit tough to close. You have to use a bit of strength to close it. The second thing worth noting is that while this isnt too serious, the red on the umbrella is not the red thats pictured. Its a more darker red. I also need to mention that I dont know if I got the measurements of this umbrella confused or what, but its kind of big. I wanted a travel umbrella, and its bigger than I thought. Not huge, but I thought it would be more compact. Other than those issues, its a pretty solid travel umbrella.

This is so sturdy. We need a sturdy umbrella for our crazy winds!
