Im always a bit skeptical of lifetime warranty statements, but when I had a problem with this umbrella I gave Repel (Upper Echelon) a try. Within two days my issue was resolved with minimal effort on my part. Courteous representatives and careful follow-up. If only other businesses would follow this model. They now have me as a customer for as long as they are making this product. Highly recommended!

This umbrella was suggested by Wirecutter that does important research on items they recommend. Definitely glad I bought it.

Good umbrella when is new. Folding mechanism broke after a year of use.

Great umbrella for the price but did not last 2 windy days. It flipped backwards and I flipped it back to normal but a day later it flipped completely in reverse. 3 stars because the size was good but very weak through light windy rain.

Love the stripes. Works well. Is sturdy.

Best umbrella for quality and durability

Update: Looks like I got a bad piece, after reading my amazon review, customer service contacted me and provided a replacement which is working fine. This umbrella broke within 2 months of use. The top part broke which wont let the umbrella open any more. I contacted customer care as it was 15 days outside Amazon return window, but they never responded- $25 down in the drain. Bad product and bad customer service.

Strong, able to withstand wind during storms.

This product did not work as smoothly as expected. It was hard to close it so we returned it.
