I have sciatic and nerve issues on the left side of my body that also affects my lower back. I bought the two pack and I am able to use one to ice my back, upper thigh, as well as the side of my hip where there is inflammation. I use a second one on my lower back and sciatic nerve area. Because of the size I am able to hit all the key areas at once and with the folds, it can wrap around needed areas. They are durable, so I do not have to worry about it breaking. Just a great source of relief in the mornings and then evenings after work. It has helped decrease pain, so that I can go back to working on correcting some of the issues and not be hampered with exercise stopping pain. Of course it is not a cure all, but it is a helpful tool. Great quality.

Bought this for my son who has fractured vertebrae. 1 surgery down and 2 more to go. Very painful procedures, this will be getting a lot of use! Large coverage area and stays cold a long time.

Sent it to my sister to ice her bad knee. She loved it as it conformed to her knee area and really helped with the inflammation.

These packs are well-made and durable. We had some old ones from Rite-Aid that were made with thin plastic. The plastic tore and gel lakes or all over the place. These ones have a cloth shell and I expect them to last a long time.

These ice packs are fabulous! Thick outer shell and nice and full with gel. I bought another kind and they were pitifully thin....but not these! I will be having back surgery and the size is perfect to cover the whole area. These also stay cold for a very long time. These are made well with a thick outer covering. Great product!!!!!

I use this ice pack for sore muscles in my back. My chiropractor recommended I get reusable ice packs for relief when I overdo activities. These freeze fairly fast and is large enough to cover my lower or upper back. It stays frozen long enough for me to do my lower back and then my upper back. I have also ordered these for my friend and she really likes them also. Having two of them means I always have one frozen. This was the best deal. I have not used them for hot packs myself.

Got this for my wife to use on her back for her degenerative disk disease. This ice pack is sewn around the edges. Her previous one didnt have any stitching and started to leak out the stuff they fill them with through the edge. If youre looking for a big ice pack thats made well, look no further. The price is right.

These are great. If they were just a couple inches longer they would be even better, but they work nicely and stay gel-like rather than freeze up hard. Quick delivery.

Easy to use & they don’t take long to re freeze

I have chronic back pain from working on my art projects. This ice pack is not only very cold after freezing, but it is also very easy to manipulate into the shape that I want it to stay on my back while I am working. I often tie a belt around it to hold it in place so I can walk around with it. The ice pack stays cold for quite a long time, and then cools quickly after refreezing it. I highly recommend this product for anyone who uses ice to relieve pain.
