These gel packs work amazing! I have multiple back injuries and use cold packs daily for inflammation. Although you can use them for hot or cold, I bought them to use as a cold pack. They freeze fast, stay very cold for over an hour. The cold from them is more intense and penatrates into the affected muscle quickly. Best of all they stay flexible and will form around you. I highly recommend this!

Works great! Retains the cold temp beautifully, >1hr still cool. Initial placement is almost too cold and I need a thick or double towel layer plus clothes on to tolerate but I LOVE IT! And it’s durable for when I forget about it and step on it or squish it with something heavy. Only thing I would say is a strap to better hold in place would be nice but after surgery I wasn’t moving much. LOVE IT!

I bought one of these before and then I ordered two additional for my back injury. Then my wife dropped a hammer on her foot and it helped to prevent additional swelling and bruising. They stay cold for about 1-2 hours and will stay warm to hot for about 1 hour. This product is truly amazingly built to help meet your comfort needs. I encourage others to also by this product. They also come in multiple sizes from ones that fit the neck, whole back and smaller one that fits other extremities. I the smaller extremity and the neck comes in 1-2 packs and the large is only available in a one pack. I wish they had an option for a two pack just like the others for the whole body.

Exactly what I needed. In the evening, my head gets really itchy and hot from meds, and I wanted some thing I could slip into or put on top of a pillow. This was the perfect size, and works beautifully. Rather than putting it in my pillow, I ended up putting it on top of the pillow and just putting a certain towel over it. Once it’s been out of the freezer for a few minutes, you can squish it up And it’s not hard or unyielding. That is, the gel stays somewhat soft and pliable. Love it!

This is a great piece. Getting two if them is perfect, one being in the freezer as you use the other one. Very versatile can be used in a lot places around the body being in gel form it stays soft can be wrapped around things.
