They freeze fast, stay very cold for over an hour. The cold from them is more intense and penatrates into the affected muscle quickly. Best of all they stay flexible and will form around you. I highly recommend this!

> 3 dayThese ice/hot packs are well constructed and a great size. As an ice pack, the therapeutic chill lasts well over half an hour and still retains a nice cooling temp long after that. Plus, it is not stiff so it conforms to joints. The rounded corners and stitched edges are a nice touch for added comfort.

> 3 dayExactly what I needed. In the evening, my head gets really itchy and hot from meds, and I wanted some thing I could slip into or put on top of a pillow. This was the perfect size, and works beautifully. Rather than putting it in my pillow, I ended up putting it on top of the pillow and just putting a certain towel over it. Once it’s been out of the freezer for a few minutes, you can squish it up And it’s not hard or unyielding. That is, the gel stays somewhat soft and pliable. Love it!

> 3 dayI bought this 3 years ago following a knee replacement and was happy with it. I just had a knee revision two weeks ago and borrowed an ice machine from a neighbor. I had heard such great things about the machine but I have not been happy with it for several reasons. I drug out these ice packs to try again. Much better. Keeps it colder for longer.
