I use this for cold packs on sore joints. They fold up so it minimizes the space it takes up in the freezer. These are well built so I think they will last a long time.

Really great icepack. Flat but stays very cold. Wraps around leg if needed or flat against the stomach or back. Very pleased with this company.

Ive bought several of these in different sizes and they are the best ice packs Ive ever used or found. They are perfect in size and the ice gel stays cold for a very long time. All I wrap them in is a clean pillow case, and Ive found them to still be moderately cold even after 30 minutes. Im very pleased with these items.

My husband had total knee replacement recently and a friend who is a physical therapist gave us hers to try. I bought 2 myself (freeze one/use one). Because they were so easy to use and helpful (decreased swelling = decreased pain) he actually iced his knee more often and for a longer period of time. The cooling system he came home with from the hospital was very inconvenient so he didnt like using it. He did use the velcro wrap they sent him home with to keep this ice pack in place. It conformed around his knee and could use one on the bottom and one of the top if he felt he needed additional cooling. It conformed nicely around his knee but I can see where it would do the same around other parts of the body should it be needed. Two friends also had knee replacement surgery and ordered the packs because we liked them so well. Havent used them for heat application so cant speak to that.

This is an excellent gel pack with only one flaw. Its too heavy. The heaviness is not comfortable to put on an joint that was recently operated on. The gel pack is good just a little to heavy.

It stays cold for so long, and even just out of the freezer its flexible but firm to conform to my body without all the insides falling to the low point. Love these things. I recommend them to everyone.

Great size for what I needed for my back pain. These packs retain their temp for a long time, I’ve used for 2+ hours before and they still felt cold after. Great value for the effect they provide. 10/10 would buy again

I just bought this so no leaking so far. I just sprained my ankle and this was very helpful. I had been using one of those plastic bags you put in a cooler and it was lumpy and painful to use. I used the gel pack (I bought the 5 x 10) on my ankle and it was so much more comfortable. I also used it on my knees and shoulder. It didnt stay cold long, but long enough for all that.

This is a great piece. Getting two if them is perfect, one being in the freezer as you use the other one. Very versatile can be used in a lot places around the body being in gel form it stays soft can be wrapped around things.
