> 3 dayHad surgery and needed to ice my hip periodically throughout the day. These are super nice. The bend perfectly to your body that needs icing.

Greater than one weekThese ice/hot packs are well constructed and a great size. As an ice pack, the therapeutic chill lasts well over half an hour and still retains a nice cooling temp long after that. Plus, it is not stiff so it conforms to joints. The rounded corners and stitched edges are a nice touch for added comfort.

> 3 dayI use these for my shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. I love the product so much I have bought it three times! I always have one ready in the freezer and can swap them out quickly. I had a torn rotator cuff and these were ESSENTIAL to my recovery. Playing basketball on concrete for 35 years has done some damage to my knees, and these ice packs/freezer packs are LIFESAVERS for my knees. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayMy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lays on one of these all the time with a thin towel over it to cool off and keep from panting and overheating. Large enough for her whole body. She sleeps on one every night and sits on one in her stroller. We live in the southern USA and its hot. This is her instant relief. Cooling mats are a joke. Use an ice pack for your long haired doggie. Just keep rotating them out in the freezer.
