Greater than one weekThis thing is fabulous. I had suffered for months & months with neck issues and ended up having 4 level neck surgery. I had purchased a few different t ice packs saying they lasted hours etc…they did NOT. However this thing not only lasts it’s flat & a nice size so it reaches my shoulders as well which also hurt all the time. I would buy another in a heartbeat if anything happens to this one. But so far so good! And it was in sale for $10 too! Can’t beat that price!
