> 24 hourgreat quality and great idea. my wife has a 17 lb walker, the landlord said she could hang it on the wall in the stairway, she couldnt lift it on to a normal hangar so I used this ratchet pulley and a hook eye , now she can raise and lower it herself. with a little thought this ratchet pulley could have many uses. as well as a great tie down.
