So so so GOOD. Ive been using Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Double Rich Chocolate for a while now and wanted to switch it up, and Im happy I did. Rule 1 is a lot more sweet with a more rich taste. Very good and if youre looking for a new chocolate protein for good value give this a try!

This was my favorite protein powder when I first discovered it. My favorite flavor is strawberry. Purchased it last year for $35, the following year its all of the sudden $55. I cant really justify continuing to buy this stuff for that price. Quality is excellent but the price is a hard no for me now. If the price goes back down Ill definitely buy again.

This is my favorite protein since it has the essential minimum ingredients a protein should have, leaving out all those other 50 + fillers other proteins have that you see on the label. I went ahead and ordered, despite the long shipping being shown to take 2-4 weeks. But to my surprise, it was expedited and arrived after a week. Thank you, Rule 1, for the quick shipping. I love this protein mix. Its an iso protein for fast digesting, less bloating, and a great taste. Mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk to kick it up a notch.

This is by far the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. It also blends really really well. No chalky taste, just great smooth chocolate flavor.

I bought the Cookies and Cream flavor and I mix it with water. The taste is good but Ive had better tasting ones before. What I really like about this protein is the macros on it: No fat, low sodium, 1 gram of carb, no sugar and 25 grams of protein. Very surprised how light the texture of the powder is which is why it is very easy to mix in my shaker bottle. I would buy again and choose another flavor when Im done with this one.

The flavor was on point. Make sure to mix/shake it well to not get any lump like any other protein powder out there. Better drinking with cold milk.

I mix it with unsweetened soy milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk or add it to caramel or vanilla ready to drink premier protein shakes to double the protein in those. No matter which I mix it with it always tastes great, not chalky like some powders are, doesn’t clump and no weird aftertaste. I highly recommend it.

My package arrived spilled. The seal was half opened like it was opened and it spilled all over the box. I ordered the cookies and cream based on the reviews i read. I cant say for the taste of it because i threw the whole thing away. Waste of my money!
