My go to protein powder. Just add less water than you would with others because the flavor dilutes easily. Highly recommend!

The flavor is amazing, and I love the benefits, I rarely work out but to keep my weight on I drink protein and have noticed a difference

Its pretty damn good! The vanilla creme tastes amazing and I generally dont even bother recognizing flavor when it comes to these sorts of things. It mixes amazingly well, tastes even better and if youre creative Im sure you can find a lot of ways to utilize this in your meals. I was previously an ON type of guy, but I am probably going to switch to R1 as my #1 go-to for protein powder from now on just because of how clean it tastes, how well it mixes and how high the quality seems to be!

This was my favorite protein powder when I first discovered it. My favorite flavor is strawberry. Purchased it last year for $35, the following year its all of the sudden $55. I cant really justify continuing to buy this stuff for that price. Quality is excellent but the price is a hard no for me now. If the price goes back down Ill definitely buy again.

Moderate price, good flavor. And most of all, one or two scoops a day helps me maintain my weight and muscle. I take one scoop on days I dont work out and two on workout days. When I up my workout and try to add muscle, this product seems to help me. Im 50 and have worked out three to five hours a week since I was a teenager. Right now I average three to four hours a week. This product also seems easy on my stomach. I mix it in a shake with milk, fruit, cereal, non-fat yogurt in the morning and sometimes again at night. No complaints so far. Ive been taking it for close to a year I believe. I do take breaks from it though for periods of a few weeks or a month. I dont like to take any supplement on and on constantly.

Its probably the best protein powder ive had but theyve gone from $60 per pucket to $80 and now over $100? Thats pretty absurd. Id like to buy more but I just dont have the budget to spend $100 on protein powder every month
