> 3 dayI bought the Cookies and Cream flavor and I mix it with water. The taste is good but Ive had better tasting ones before. What I really like about this protein is the macros on it: No fat, low sodium, 1 gram of carb, no sugar and 25 grams of protein. Very surprised how light the texture of the powder is which is why it is very easy to mix in my shaker bottle. I would buy again and choose another flavor when Im done with this one.

> 3 dayI wish i had found out about this stuff sooner. I was drinking crappy grocery store brands. Those cheap kinds are poorly manufactured with harsh chemicals and causes the protein to denature. they also have a ton of filler and extra calories. sometimes they put cheap creatine and stuff you dont want in it too.. Ive noticed quite a difference in muscle gains as well as a lot of ppl have stated. Dont waste your money on other kinds. THIS IS THE ONE! rule 1. Its actually cheaper when you buy it here in bulk. My friend was going to buy some protein and i was happy to inform him that Rule 1 is the best. I would never drink any other protein. Taste is great too. Im so happy with rule 1 that i had to go on here and write a review. as a consumer advocate i highly recommend it.

> 3 dayThe best chocolate fudge and not bad cookies n cream flavored protein. I can’t speak for the other flavors. The taste is fantastic. For a treat, I mix the chocolate fudge with whole milk.. it tastes like brownie batter, pleasing my inner fat-boy. Great powder! A scoop is 110 calories, 1/3rd the energy of my “protein xl” bars, but nearly double the protein in grams (and a very nice isolate, hydrosolyte mix)!

> 3 dayWow, protein has come a long way in 20 years! I saw this protein recommended on YT, who actually sold the hell out of it (and im glad he did!), he pretty much said gram for gram that it’s hard to beat—especially for the money. Ive been lifting/supplementing for the past 20 years, havent been supplementing protein for the last 7 or so. I was not looking forward to powders again, but all the pre packaged ones either made me pooh, fart, or feel awful (lactose intolerant), so I needed to suck it up or change my goals. Got it in the mail today and I couldnt wait to try it out. I am blown away by the quality of this protein. It mixes amazingly, no clumps whatsoever. Texture is smooth. Taste is about as good as you can expect with protein. Ive had better tasting, but those were loaded with fats, sugars, and carbs. Nowhere near this clean. Keep in mind this was with water and not mixed in a blinder lol. Those who have been in it for a while know how god awful shakes used to be. Anyways, i couldnt be more satisfied. Well done.

> 3 dayMy package arrived spilled. The seal was half opened like it was opened and it spilled all over the box. I ordered the cookies and cream based on the reviews i read. I cant say for the taste of it because i threw the whole thing away. Waste of my money!
