It taste really good low on carb low on sugar

My package arrived spilled. The seal was half opened like it was opened and it spilled all over the box. I ordered the cookies and cream based on the reviews i read. I cant say for the taste of it because i threw the whole thing away. Waste of my money!

I love this protein mix. Its an iso protein for fast digesting, less bloating, and a great taste. Mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk to kick it up a notch.

The flavor is amazing, and I love the benefits, I rarely work out but to keep my weight on I drink protein and have noticed a difference

My go to protein powder. Just add less water than you would with others because the flavor dilutes easily. Highly recommend!

I spent a lot of time researching proteins and trying/comparing many others. This protein is awesome. It really puts the isolate in whey isolate. It has the lower calorie count (110), high protein (25g), and low carbs (2g, <1%), and 0 added sugars. I love that there are zero gums, zero creamers, and zero concentrates. It also includes glutamine and the BCAAs which most research/people feel is helpful in recovery. Its also gluten free, for what thats worth.

Its pretty damn good! The vanilla creme tastes amazing and I generally dont even bother recognizing flavor when it comes to these sorts of things. It mixes amazingly well, tastes even better and if youre creative Im sure you can find a lot of ways to utilize this in your meals. I was previously an ON type of guy, but I am probably going to switch to R1 as my #1 go-to for protein powder from now on just because of how clean it tastes, how well it mixes and how high the quality seems to be!
