I spent a lot of time researching proteins and trying/comparing many others. This protein is awesome. It really puts the isolate in whey isolate. It has the lower calorie count (110), high protein (25g), and low carbs (2g, <1%), and 0 added sugars. I love that there are zero gums, zero creamers, and zero concentrates. It also includes glutamine and the BCAAs which most research/people feel is helpful in recovery. Its also gluten free, for what thats worth.

I bought the Cookies and Cream flavor and I mix it with water. The taste is good but Ive had better tasting ones before. What I really like about this protein is the macros on it: No fat, low sodium, 1 gram of carb, no sugar and 25 grams of protein. Very surprised how light the texture of the powder is which is why it is very easy to mix in my shaker bottle. I would buy again and choose another flavor when Im done with this one.

It actually tastes great, I add cinnamon for more flavor and tastes like a banana shake.

Described as 38 servings and it is only 30- a bit of a rip off

I gave the Rule 1 Protein 4 Stars for Flavor simply because its not the best flavored Protein Ive ever had. Not to mention I always heard if it tastes good, its probably not that good for you. That being said, I would say the Pros/Upside of this Protein outweighs the flavor by leaps. Most importantly a pure Whey Isolate without the BS. The other tip I always heard was that the shorter the ingredient list, the better the quality, so I grabbed a random Protein off the shelf at my gym and included a pic for comparison, Obviously stacked with fillers (and very expensive). In my opinion Rule 1 is the cleanest, purest, Whey Isolate at the most affordable price. Unbeatable!

I have to say this is one of the beat proteins I have ever had, and I love the fact that it has no sugar. No carbs, not a lot of calories and a great amount of protein, and the most important thing is the TASTE!! I love the taste it really is what I was expecting

Ill try to keep this short. Number one: Great value! Number two: Pretty clean and short ingredient list, which is a very good thing! Now, the not so great part, is the flavor. Its okay, but kind of bland tasting. I personally liked the R1 blend (blue and black colored container) more than this.

I am not a huge fan of chocolate. So I wanted a vanilla protein powder that did the job right. I originally bought a product from GNC and ended up returning it after the first shake I made. It tasted terrible! I then remembered something that a coworker introduced me to a few months back, which they didn’t carry. After ordering it I have no complaints. Any powder will have that “protein powder taste.” However, this one is still great! I only mix it with water but I’m sure it would be amazing in a smoothie of some sort. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Taste great, and easy to mix. Clean blend, noticed a difference within the first few workouts.
