I installed the 25 X 22 size in our laundry room as a replacement to a stained composite laundry tub. It arrived very well packaged and in good condition. Its quite heavy duty and looks good also (pics attached). I struggled with the clips a bit and had to bend them outward to get them to grip the underside of my counter. (Since I was replacing an existing sink, I didnt use the template and the existing hole may have been slightly too large.) Once installed, the sink looks great! I really like the draining rack that is included. It should help keep the bottom from becoming scratched. I installed it with the Kohler K-R562-SD-VS Pull-down Kitchen Sink Faucet (which is available here or at Costco). Its much easier if you install the faucet on the sink before you drop the sink in the counter.

So glad I forked over the extra money to buy this unit over some lesser products! It arrived unharmed, shipped very securely in its protective packaging. The darn box was built better than the sink I was going to use before I found this one. Very heavy gauge stainless steel construction and excellent sound damping. It is an absolute jewel that Im sure will provide many years of service in my home. Thanks!

this sink is AMAZING!!! I replaced a same size double cast iron sink and had to cut the corners of my countertop as this sink is zero radius, but it installed with no problems and I LOVE IT! we were unable to secure the stays that keep the sink from being able to be pushed back out because there was only an inch of room or so and we couldnt squeeze our arms up to do that but I dont think it will be an issue. The weight will hold it down and I used silicone around the sink to prevent water from seeping under. I could practically bathe in here!! It is HUGE!! The included metal grate allows pots and pans and knives to not scratch the bottom of the sink and the sink is even big enough for me to have an over sink drain (shown in picture) and still be large enough to wash everything.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a new drop in sink for our remodeled laundry room. We were looking for something typical for a laundry room purposes, soaking clothes, but we were also looking for a place to give our dog a bath and possibly a place to soak dishes when the extended family shows up for holidays. This sink seems to be a good fit for us. We’ve used it more than anything to give our Shih Tzu a bath. Because it is deep, she isn’t as likely to jump out. The extra depth also makes it easy to fill a pail or 5 gallon bucket. The sink is very well made and was easy to install. The faucet we selected mounts directly to the sink basin. The extra heavy metal of the sink makes the faucet feel very secure. I did have problems with the two mounting clips along the rear edge of the sink. These clips wouldn’t stay in a vertical position. Every time I tried to tighten them, the clip rotated instead of clamping down on the sink. I came up with an easy fix that worked well. See the attached picture. I used a piece of ½” copper pipe, cut to length, to brace the clip against the side of the sink. The other six clips brace themselves against the side of the sink. As others have mentioned, the packaging is better than anything else I’ve seen.

When I received the sink it was heavier than I had expected. The packaging was very elegant for a sink. made me feel fancy (lol). The look and feel of this sink scream quality. My only problem is that I hadnt looked at the measurements of the outside dimensions close enough. I got it into the pre-cut hole in my counter top and sadly it didnt fit. it was a 33in sink but the rim wasnt big enough. This was very frustrating as i had just sent back two kohler sinks that had arrived with broken under mount tracks. But it was all my fault. Luckily they gave me a refund. And then I had to go buy a crappy american standard one from lowes which is inferior quality. Next sink I buy will definitely be a ruvati! they make a great quality product! I had done a ton of research before buying this one due to my bad experience with the kohler. This is definitely the best quality of this style of sink for your money.

We were looking for a stainless steel sink to replace an 18 year-old composite with double sinks that was fading and hard to clean. Our plumber recommended a 16 gauge stainless steel sink since he has installed and seen the cheaper stuff from the box stores which rust and twist. We read the reviews and bought the Ruvati RVH8001 which our plumber said was higher quality than he normally sees. The Ruvati was so well packaged in strong styrofoam plus it was wrapped in a strong cloth bag with a draw string to prevent scratching. The Ruvati sink comes with a grid that lays nicely on the bottom to place large pans and dishes on. Its deeper than we realized (10) which required some cutting out of the side walls of the cabinet but fits nicely in the cabinet with minimal plumbing adjustments. We paired it with a new Moen Camerist faucet and a new Badger 15 garbage disposal and could not be happier with this sink which fits in with the kitchen layout.

Unboxing this sink was a treat, it was like an Apple unboxing. :) The box is huge and marked on the putside, but then there is an inside box that is well padded and the sink is then inside a black fabric bag. Installation was a cinch as we were replacing an old two basin 8 deep sink. I did have to saw out the corners as they were curved and not squared. Sink clips were actually not a problem of three of the sides, but the rear clips didnt make great contact for me. I am going to try and get something together to help them clamp down properly. Also, only 2 clips per side, but I feel that the rear (where the faucet goes) could use a couple more to prevent flexing from tall faucets/sprayers. I specifically looked for 16ga sinks to try and alleviate this flexing, but since our faucet is 28 at the peak it still can flex when trying to spray out the far corners. Drain, strainer, and plug are included and look very nice and thought out. We have a disposal so we arent using it. Three of the 4 holes came with plugs that match the sink. Yes, it is expensive compared to some other single basin sinks, but the heavy gauge, clean construction, and attention to detail are hard to beat.

Im totally impressed with this sink. For the money (or a lot more money, for that matter) it cant be beat. Very heavy gauge stainless steel, and the clamping system in a drop-in installation is great. A little difficult to install in a 36 base cabinet due to the minimal clearance with such a large sink, but thats just how it is. A 10mm socket on a long extension helps. Very well insulated and the basket and drain hardware is top-notch. My only warning to potential buyers would be this: I installed this sink in a laundry room with a very tall sprayer faucet. The force created when moving the sprayer around causes the faucet deck on the sink to flex, breaking the caulk bead I put along the back of the sink. I had to fabricate a wall bracket to hold the faucet steady. Im not sure theres anything that they could have done to the sink to alleviate this, but its something to be aware of.

Comparing this to the 20gauge sink I bought at homedepot a few months ago is almost a joke. This is the most solid thing I have seen sink related and has a nice hefty weight and cant wait to see it installed in new granite counters next month. The 20 gauge sink from hd is already rusting in some spots after 2 months and cost the same price as this for a 33x22 size. Shouldve gone with this to start with in the first place. Thicker metal = longer lasting sink.

My home was built in 1927 and my kitchen is very small. This sink was installed in a 24 cabinet base. The installer had to remove a portion of the inside cabinet wall to install this sink but well worth the extra expense. My goal was to have the largest sink possible in this small space. This sink is deep and has straight sides making it look larger than it actually is. While this is a very contemporary and industrial looking sink it fits the style of my new kitchen very well with a stainless steel and black range and black fridge and dishwasher. This sink is sturdy and the 16 gauge stainless steel contributes to the sturdiness. I love the rinsing grid because I can wash large pots in the deep sink and leave them to dry overnight no longer requiring a dish drainer on the counter giving the kitchen a cleaner look. A garbage disposal was easily installed with this sink. Highly satisfied.
