> 3 dayThere are many Pros for replacing your HDD with an SSD and I for one have seen quite an improvement in speed. I run an Alienware M18X with Windows 10 Pro and 32 GB of Ram. The reason I mention this is that although the system still worked fine it has slowed down, replacing the 5400 RPM HDD with a 1TB SSD was a logical step. (since Dell no longer makes a 18.4 laptop)

> 3 dayWorks good. Had to go into drive management to activate and assign drive letter. May not be plug-in play for some computers. But not sure it is supposed to be.

> 3 dayThe drive performs fantastically. It truly is a successor to the 850 Evo. I purchased this drive to upgrade my laptop, and right off the bat I noticed a huge improvement. Boot to desktop was about 7 seconds. Would absolutely buy again.

> 3 dayI had to upgrade an old computer to Windows 10 as a spare and the best option was to transfer all data to the SSD and install. It worked correctly. This will give me a little longer to use this old computer until I can purchase a new one.

> 3 dayDefinitivaemnte es como tener un computador nuevo desde que instalé este disco para reemplazar un disco duro tradicional. La velocidad es realmente notoria al momento de usar este dispositivo para inciiar el sistema operativo y los programas.

Greater than one weekSo far Ive probably purchased 50+ of these units for me and my clients personally I have in 3 systems, I was really surprised to see some of the one star reviews , Im not exaggerating about the amount of 50+, one thing I can say is Ive never used Samsungs utility to clone drives, I used and will continue to use Aomei to clone, most times via USB but also direct by disconnecting CD/DVD temporarily and using that connection, the only failure of all the installs/clones came from a client compressing his drive and found out thats a no no or at least it was at the time, if you want a major performance upgrade I highly recommend these drives, its like night and day difference, Ive installed in old core 2 Intels with the same results, Im also happy to say not one failure except for the compressed drive. So maybe the issue is with Samsungs cloning utility? Those of you that have recognition issues, right click on computer choose manage then disk management see if its listed in there, theres no need to initialize prior to cloning if using Aomei I do believe they have a free version for this purpose
