Works well and is fast. I use these for both MacOS and Windows NTFS. Dont use the software that comes on them so format clean when they arrive. Have many and none have given any problems so far.

After loading about 250 gigs on to it, load times slowed way down. It now takes twice as long to load files than the old spinning hard drive I use as a back up!

Ive got a couple of them in 1TB format (blue and grey), they are tiny and light, and work great. No issues connecting (both Mac and Windows) and performance via USB-C is fabulous for music or watching movies. They can get a little warm, but not too hot. Once the 2TB price comes to the $100-threshold Ill be upgrading again.

Perfect for what we need it for

This small drive is so small and handy to transport. It has a ton of storage capacity and is very stable.

It’s fast, small and compact. Can’t complain it stores things nice and has fast read and write speeds.

I am very happy with this SSD. At 1TB it has plenty of storage space, it is small and easy to carry around, it is fast, and unlike as noted in reviews of a predecessor version, this version doesnt seem to get real hot...yes, it gets warm, but not hot.

Not Big Sur compatible, cant use AFS format, USB-C cable only, not Thunderbolt USB-C. All my drives and backup using AFS, Disk Utility wont convert to AFS nor any tools from samsung to do so. Also speed test wss 800, way lower than advertised.

Was able to just plug it into my Galaxy s20 and start saving my pictures to it. No set up needed. No problems.
