I started wearing the posture corrector because I work at a computer much of the day and I slouch a lot. Now as I am getting older I rarely stand up straight. I wear the posture corrector for only an hour or so a day. It was uncomfortable at first, but then got more comfortable after a few days of wearing. It does help me to hold myself taller, even when not actively wearing it. You can wear it sitting or standing. Driving to work it helps you sit straighter. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to help there posture overall.

Helps somewhat, but if you tighten it to give a lot of support, it rides up to your neck. Needs a clip to hold it to the back of your belt so it doesnt ride up. I think it does make me conscious of sitting up straighter, so it works for that, but wouldnt buy again.

Sooo many items to choose from, I didn’t know how to pick a good one. However, I tried this one, felt my shoulders being pulled back. Had my kids try it on. I saw a difference in their posture. My shoulder pain had left. Just using 15min a day. Then I lost it and tried a new one. After trying the other one, I realized it did not give me the same support, pain relief as the other one. So this has now become my favorite.

I ordered this Schiara Posture Corrector to help relieve back pain and improve posture. At first, it takes some getting used to since it pulls your shoulders back to help prevent you from hunching over. Once you wear it a few times, you adjust to it and it feels good as it does help to straighten your posture. I can feel it making me walk more upright because I sometimes hunch over and dont realize it. It works well from what I can see. Also, I believe there is a direct relationship between good posture and reduced back pain, another benefit of using this type of brace. The owner of this business sent me a professional-looking letter following up on my order, offering assistance if I had any issues with this posture-correcting brace. Thats going the extra mile. The price was very reasonable, the customer service was great and I am very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend this posture corrector to anyone looking for this type of product.

Worth it!

The product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.

I needed to wear it to a wedding immediately on receiving it and longer than the 20 minutes U reccomend. I was able to wear it just a little loose for much longer and it helped my posture, not perfectly but well enough to get me through the ceremony. My granddaughter was very pleased. I will practice wearing it tighter now. I am very pleased mtself.

The brace works just as it should very sturdy and very well built. It helps alleviate the pain from sitting at a computer all day. Noticed relief after the first day. Would Highly Recommend !

If you cant be an athlete be an athletic supporter

My job requires endless hours of sitting behind the pc and this has taken a hit on my posture for years.
