Greater than one weekBought this unit to replace a cheap compressor that failed after a couple years. I mainly use it for brad-nailing, but have also used it for some paint spraying (it is underpowered for that - no surprise). Overall it works very well, seems to be high quality, and is somewhat quieter than my old compressor. I like it a lot. The only (very minor) complaint I have is that the drain valve is not centered on the bottom so I have to tilt the compressor when I drain it. Not sure why they did that - maybe to allow more ground clearance. Not a big deal - just slightly awkward.

> 3 dayThis little powerhouse was just what I was looking for in the shop. I do small shop woodworking and lot of DIY on the house. Maneuvering a pancake compressor around the dining room and living room is a big pain plus it can result in annoying red marks all over everything. You reno guys know what I mean. And I havent even addressed the issue of noise. This little compressor is perfect for shooting a few pins or brads in the shop or resetting that pesky piece of recalcitrant molding. It is amazingly quiet, well built, and light. No, you wont have enough firepower to frame a wall or put up five hundred feet of crown molding, but it works wonders on the little jobs. I keep it tucked under my woodworking bench where it sits like a good soldier, ready to spring into action. I still have my larger compressor for the big jobs, but I turn to this little guy first. And I can still hear the shop stereo or my wifes call to supper while its running.

> 3 dayI bought this air compressor to fill 29 inch tubeless mountain bike tires. It does the job - just. A sufficient blast of air is needed to seat the tires and this compressor is just able to do the task. I will likely also use the blower to dry off wet chain rings - but I doubt I will use it for much more. Dont expect a large reservoir of air! That being said, it is very light, well built and I do like the compact design. I looked at comparably sized compressors from Craftsman, Porter Cable and Campbell Hausfeld. This unit is much smaller and lighter. On the down side, it comes with no attachments. I would certainly buy it again.

> 3 dayTHIS IS MY SECOND SENCO COMPRESSOR, THE FIST ONE I MODIFIED TO FIT MY NEEDS, OVER TIME A LEAK OCCURRED THAT I COULD NOT IDENTIFY DUE TO THE MODIFICATION I MADE ( LET ME BE CLEAR, NOT A FAULT OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT.) THE NOISE FACTOR IS VERY MINIMAL, NOT EVER CLOSE TO ALL THE OTHER COMPRESSORS I HAVE OWNED. I MIGHT AD THAT THIS IS A LIMITED USE ITEM, IF YOU NEED A LONG -USE COMPRESSOR FOR CONSTANT VOLUME IT MAY FALL SHORT, HOWEVER IT DOES RECHARGE ITS PRESSER SOMEWHAT RAPIDLY. IF YOU NEED CONSTANT PRESSURE FOR LARGE JOBS THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

> 3 dayGreat for small nails and staples. Easy to carry around, more punch than I thought possible for 2 nails into harder woods like oak.

> 3 dayIm a job lead for a general contractor, this little compressor seems to do everything it is supposed to do! As long as you are setting your expectations up for success it should not disappoint. A lot of the existing reviews are spot on, trim guns, great! Roofing and framing guns, not at all, the only time Id even consider those is if I only had a few nails to shoot and a paslode gun was not handy, but at that point Id still hand drive nails first....... My 16g Hitachi brad gun is about all this compressor can handle, after about 10 shots I have to wait for the compressor to catch up. Which is ok when installing a board or two at a time, not so ok if you are expecting to nail a whole room full of precut trim off in one go. It will keep up handily with my 18g brad nailer, I put it though its paces a couple weeks ago installing 3 1/8 bead boards for wainscoting. I installed 12 straight boards, stopping every 4th board to chck plumb, and it was running almost continuously, but did not leave me short of air. I havnt used it with a 23g pinner yet, but Im sure it would be perfectly fine. Dont hook your air blower up and expect to get more then a few seconds worth of air, thats simply not what this unit is designed for. The power cord is a reasonable length, 6 or so, Ive coupled my compressor with a 25 flexeel hose and its so light/quiet/compact moving it from room to room as you go is not really much of an annoyance. I dont know if running a longer hose would create too much pressure drop. I did use this to air up a couple tires on my truck just to see how it went. Poor bugger had to cycle 3 times to add 10lbs of air to each tire. Not great really, but did the job in a pinch. Anyway, to sum things up, as long as you dont expect too much from this fine little machine, you wont be unhappy. It is a part time use machine, really only suited for trim guns!

> 3 dayHad this exact model for 17 years and it just decided to stop, so I bought one exactly like it. Hope I get 17 years out of it and I use it about every weekend

Greater than one weekIm very impressed with this air compressor. Very light to tote around. I only use this for small projects on the job site but use a much larger compressor for serious work with constant usage and larger nailers. This works great for smaller finishing nailers with light to moderate usage. Will it work on a framing nailer. Yes but only a few shots then it needs to kick on for a little while. I also must mention that this thing has held air for days without losing any air pressure. First compressor I ever owned that would do that.

> 3 dayI have been a cabinet maker by trade for over ten years. After I install cabinets, I have to put up crown molding and shoe trim. This is where the PC1010 comes in. Considering the capacity and power level of this compressor, I should only run a nailer or stapler on this. Another way to look at it is that you should only use tools that consume air momentarily. One guy I work with didnt follow this advice and burned mine up by forcing it to run nonstop with a leaky air hose. Make sure your hose doesnt leak, its 1/2hp! I loved it so much I ordered another one right away. As long as you work within the limits of this tool you will be rewarded with something that is ultra portable, and so quiet you can stand right next to it and talk at normal volume. Ive never heard a compressor that is even remotely this quiet. In my business we have three different sizes of portable compressors for various applications, most of the time we grab this because the 23ga pin nailer and 18ga brad gun covers most of our installation needs. People are always amazed by the noise level. The live demonstrations of my installs have probably sold 50 of these. Youre welcome Senco.
