> 3 daySweet little air compressor. This is perfect for doing trim and assembly work, airing up tires, using as a blower, basically 90% of what you will ever need if you are not a professional contractor or mechanic. This will not drive a framing nailer for an entire building, but it WILL drive a framing nailer if you only need it for a couple shots at a time. Basically, for home use this is good enough for almost everything and it has a lot of big advantages over larger compressors in that its WAY lighter, easier to carry, and super quiet. It is the kind of thing that is very easy to take out to the driveway to air up your tires, or bring into your office to blow out your computer case, or any number of other similar small jobs you would not want to do with a large compressor. It will still do just about everything as long as you arent in a hurry. So if you are a hobby/home user and you are sure you wont need to do any very large jobs, or you can borrow a big one for those jobs, this thing is awesome for everything else. Fit and finish looks very nice, does not feel cheap. Overall very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI purchased this model based on web search results showing it to be the quietest (69dB) small (1 CFM) air compressor on the market, and generally high satisfaction of other owners. It is indeed very quiet, well made, and lightweight. Ive mounted this compressor in an acoustic chamber that I designed to further reduce the noise, and it is now as quiet as the super silent compressors used for indoor craftwork (airbrushing) that cost $600 to $1000 (49dB). At this further muffled sound level, I can operate the unit all day long sitting next to me without discomfort. I highly recommend this model for indoor craft work. Ive used mine for 40 to 50 hours and had no troubles, but feel this unit will hold up for a long time. I will use this in my home for a few hours per day.

> 3 dayI had one of these about 15 years ago and sold it because I had a big compressor. I regretted it, so I bought another one. I use it for airing up tires on the all my vehicles. It was a great compressor then, and they are making them the same way now. Its small, so dont expect to run an impact. It fills and stays full. It doesnt lose air and keep cycling. Its also very quiet in my opinion.

> 3 dayI liked the portability and low noise of this compressor. However it was inadequate for the heavier nailing I want to do. I think you need to better aware of your needs before purchasing any compressor. I needed more CFM and faster recovery.

Greater than one weekThis compressor was purchased as a hobby usage compressor, it arrived in unscathed condition, opening and reviewing the direction booklet which was very concise and clear, I filed the serial number and proceeded to fire this puppy up. The compressor sets on rubber feet and on a tile floor with 15 foot ceilings it was exceptionally quiet, and filled the 1 gallon tank in a little less than the book stated of 144 seconds. As a test I let the pressure stand on the tank for 3 days no bleed down, the regulator works well and is fine tunable, to me it is very heavy duty in its build and actually a stronger looking unit than I had expected. When it fills the 125psi on the tank and only using 30 psi at the regulator for airbrushing it sets a while before needing to restart and fill the tank. I like it better than the pancake diaphragm unit it is replacing. Only down side was the quick connect is not marked as to the style a,b or c plug in so I had to remove it to get the proper plug in if it was stamped it would be better. I forgot to add the quick connect info, it is a IM style connect..02192015

> 3 dayBought this unit to replace a cheap compressor that failed after a couple years. I mainly use it for brad-nailing, but have also used it for some paint spraying (it is underpowered for that - no surprise). Overall it works very well, seems to be high quality, and is somewhat quieter than my old compressor. I like it a lot. The only (very minor) complaint I have is that the drain valve is not centered on the bottom so I have to tilt the compressor when I drain it. Not sure why they did that - maybe to allow more ground clearance. Not a big deal - just slightly awkward.

> 3 dayGreat for small nails and staples. Easy to carry around, more punch than I thought possible for 2 nails into harder woods like oak.

> 3 dayI usually dont take the time to write reviews as Im too busy, but this time is different. I ordered this little compressor because my friend had one and loved it. He said he was going around looking for things to nail at his house just so he could use his compressor. I know SENCO is a great brand and being an upholsterer, I have used their staple guns and know they are good. This compressor is light as a feather and can be moved around easily. I drive finishing nails as well as long staples with this little machine. When I first got it I filled it with air and then unplugged it for the weekend. When I came in on Monday morning it was still full and the needle on the gauge had not moved. It held air all weekend. My big compressor just doesnt do that. This little machine is the quietest compressor I have ever heard. It doesnt make you jump every time it switches on. Thumbs up for this tool!

Greater than one weekIm a master plumber, and we frequently test plumbing systems with air, usually up to 100lbs. This little guy has the power to pressurize systems bigger than meet the eye, though it does take a little time. Its dang quiet too, that was a surprise. VERY well built, highly recommended.

> 3 dayIt is well built, reasonably priced, arrived on time and fairly quiet. For me, I had one specific need and unfortunately it did not work as I had hoped. The reviews led me to believe it could keep up with being used at a low psi output, say 30-50 pounds, enough to feed small nails. I was planning on it being able to go to full capacity 125 psi, spray air at a poundage of 30-50 psi for about 15 seconds, stop spraying and let it build up for 15 seconds, spray some, stop and repeat. The volume of air is only 1 gallon, which I understand, but it takes over a minute to get back to poundage where I could spray 30-50 psi for even a few seconds. The end result for me is that it takes too long to build back up enough pressure to use again as I had planned. Ill keep it because it is well made, lightweight and I might can use it in emergencies where only a very small amount of air is needed at a high psi. Probably would work great for small hobby jobs or non-repetitive type work.
