> 24 hourFor the price its very difficult to beat these headphones in the noise-canceling category. Ive tried the super expensive noise canceling bose model, and the sound quality and noise reduction is only a slight tick down on the sennheisers. My first trial using these was on a flight from New York to Tokyo, and I did not experience any ear pain or other negative physical effects after many hours of use. The sound is crisp, although for audiophiles it wont blow you away. I really like how they fold up nicely, and the noise canceling worked quite well on the airplane. Given that they even retail for $150 (there are deals to be had however!), these headphones are a worthwhile purchase.

> 24 houri bought it in may and by September one of the ears was busted. they sounded good and lasted a while through heavy use, but some catastrophic hardware or wiring flaw caused them not to work anymore on one side.

> 24 hourIm just buying a new pair to replace the set I bought in 2004. Thats 18 YEARS of just about daily use. These are the most comfortable headphones Ive owned, with earcups large and deep enough that they dont crimp my earlobes or squash them against my head. This is an issue with me. When I bought these I had just returned a set of pro-grade Sony phones that sounded great but flattened my ears. Ive tried several bluetooth phones, but the earcup diameters tend to be small, and painful in a short time, and I end up returning them.

> 24 hourWhen I took these headphones out of the package last Monday, the first thing I did was to run through a range of music and see what they sounded like. As many others have said, they had a very accurate, but somewhat flat sound. It sounded like they were producing the music accurately, not trying to warm it up or otherwise manipulate the sound.

> 24 hourThe audio quality in these headphones is quite simply stunning. The noise cancellation offered by these headphones can help you focus and block out annoying outside noises that prevent you from enjoying your audio. They might look a little dorky, but what really matters is the sound quality. Anyways, its not like you were going to walk around wearing them in public, right?

> 24 hourThese head phones are outstanding. The sound quality is great, it drowns out most outside sound, the cushions are comfortable, and are more than worth the money. I have also accidentally stepped on them a few times and they have remained intact, so they are durable. The cord is simultaneously a pro and con all at once. The coiled cord allows you to travel a surprisingly far distance from whatever you are plugged into, so you hardly ever have to give up what you are listening to to multi-task. The only downside is when you sit down at your computer/phone/etc, the cord is very long and can be cumbersome. That said, its always better to have more cord and no need it than have not enough.
