> 24 hourowned for only for a week but seems to have adequate power to remove dog hair from carpet and hardwood floors and our Great Pyrenees does shed an abundance of hair!

> 24 hourThe head on this vacuum is very very maneuverable. I like that it came with two batteries; one to use one to charge or finish the job if necessary. For this price point, I wish that it had an edge cleaner but other then that it is a fantastic vacuum

> 24 hourTried it on short pile wall-wall carpeting and the suction was really lacking even in the Power Mode!! Does nice work on hardwoods though. Im returning it and going back to using a Hoover Windtunnel!!

> 24 hourWouldn’t recommend it on anything other than hardwood. Always clogs up on us unfortunately.

> 24 hourPicks up dog hair & other light dirt/debris great. Heavier pieces of dirt not so much. Mud clods the size of small rocks get flung around the room. The older model Shark without the rubber fins pick those up better than this model. I would purchase again as it does work great, just not for winter mud time.

> 24 hourUpdate: 2/13: Consider buying an additional battery and charger, even though the unit ships with 2 batteries and one charger. The life is maybe 20 to 30 minutes and the recharge time is lengthy. Plus, if the battery is warm from use, it has to cool 15 to 20 minutes before it will even begin to recharge. That means a dead stall waiting on a battery to get back up to speed. Also the little bald guy from shark that hawks the vacuums on tv does not show how nasty the dirt cup gets from real use. It has to be removed and washed out - way more effort than just a simple dump in the trash can as they show. It is pretty good for general cleaning but probably not a real deep clean. It does get up dog hair and the like very well. That is why we like the portability of being battery powered. But the extended life of power as advertised is only the combination of two batteries. And don’t be in a hurry as the recharge times are ridiculously slow. I saw where Shark sells a dual battery charger. That might be worth considering. I will say that each battery has a built in three stage power level meter in use during charging and that helps to give a visual indicator of how the charging is progressing. But if your patience is thin waiting on the batteries to recover, consider something else.
