> 3 dayThe only thing I would have liked would be to have a light on the detachable top. Other than that, I really love using it.

> 3 dayIt stores away easily, the two batteries is key and the vacuum works like our older much larger shark.

> 3 dayPicks up dog hair & other light dirt/debris great. Heavier pieces of dirt not so much. Mud clods the size of small rocks get flung around the room. The older model Shark without the rubber fins pick those up better than this model. I would purchase again as it does work great, just not for winter mud time.

> 3 dayI love this vacuum. Its light, easy to maneuver, has fantastic suction, and doesnt take up much storage space. The battery life is good and it came with two batteries, extremely convenient that its cordless. I have a cat that sheds a lot and we dont have time to clean every single day, I was really impressed with how easy it was to do the whole floor and the edges on the house with one of the attachments! I am obsessed with this vacuum.

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum after reading TONS of reviews. Almost every vacuum I looked at had scores of complaints about them not working; and this one had less complaints than most. Well, you can add MY complaint to the pile! I havent even had it two months, and have only used it four times since its just for the spare bedroom area and has seen very light usage. I followed ALL the instructions about charging, cleaning the rollers, etc. So it was a bit of a surprise that as I was vacuuming the (very clean) guest room, it started making a strange noise and completely lost suction. The rollers were still spinning, but what was the point? I have been around vacuums enough to know when to cut my losses. Fortunately, Amazon is allowing me to send it back for a refund. And I still need to buy another vacuum. Grrrrrr... While Im at it, Ill give you the full review: PROS: Lightweight, easy to maneuver, stores easily, cordless, rollers are really good at picking up dog hair/fine dirt and its good along the edges. It also does seem to hold a charge well, although Ive never vacuumed for more than 15-20 minutes. CONS: Piece of junk that doesnt hold up under even light usage, design flaws include very awkward buttons/levers to move the various parts and remove the canister. Oh! And the canister!!!! Let me tell you, the thing is SO TINY that if you have any square footage at all, youll have to empty it every five minutes. Taking it off and putting it back on involves some gymnastics; I needed to hold the vacuum between my knees and bend over to pop the release button. RIDICULOUS. Dont waste your money on this one. My mothers old Bissell out-performs this thing, and its probably 15 years old.

> 3 dayLove this vacuum. Its so convenient and powerful. Great for cleaning up after my dogs. Long battery life plus its great that it comes with an extra battery. I like how it bends to vacuum under furniture.

> 3 dayPros: Very easy to put together when you first receive it. I didn’t need to look at the instructions to assemble it. Very easy to use. (I didn’t need the instruction manual.) Takes up very little space in my closet. I love that it comes with a second battery so I always have a charged battery when the other runs out of power. It’s very flexible. It twists and turns like a snake. Tight spaces, corners, and crevices it can handle with ease. The LED light on the front helps my weak eyes see the dirt. It’s very light when handling it. I clean in less time because of how light and easy it is to handle and move around on my floors. The battery detaches and plugs in separately to charge. There is no charging station or drilling screws into my wall. Cons: When using the handheld and other attachments with it the suction is not great because it stays on floor mode. To get a stronger suction you need to use the turbo speed. To use the turbo speed you have to continually hold the lever. It turns off when you let go of it. Overall, I do like the vacuum. I like clean floors and this is great for keeping up with the dirt that gets tracked in. I mainly have hardwood floors and area rugs to keep clean and this works very well for that. Pushing around my electric vacuum can get tiring after awhile. It definitely isn’t as lightweight as this one. This cordless vacuum covers more area in less time and uses less of my energy to do it. Cleaning my floors is now A LOT easier.

> 3 dayVery happy with my purchase. I purchased this to replace an older version that I’ve had for several years, which just wasn’t working like it did when it was new. This one picks up the pet hair and random dust very well. Having two batteries is a big advantage too!

> 3 dayWhile this is a little heavier than a cordless Dyson V10, having 2 batteries means you never run out of a charge.
