> 3 dayPros: Very easy to put together when you first receive it. I didn’t need to look at the instructions to assemble it. Very easy to use. (I didn’t need the instruction manual.) Takes up very little space in my closet. I love that it comes with a second battery so I always have a charged battery when the other runs out of power. It’s very flexible. It twists and turns like a snake. Tight spaces, corners, and crevices it can handle with ease. The LED light on the front helps my weak eyes see the dirt. It’s very light when handling it. I clean in less time because of how light and easy it is to handle and move around on my floors. The battery detaches and plugs in separately to charge. There is no charging station or drilling screws into my wall. Cons: When using the handheld and other attachments with it the suction is not great because it stays on floor mode. To get a stronger suction you need to use the turbo speed. To use the turbo speed you have to continually hold the lever. It turns off when you let go of it. Overall, I do like the vacuum. I like clean floors and this is great for keeping up with the dirt that gets tracked in. I mainly have hardwood floors and area rugs to keep clean and this works very well for that. Pushing around my electric vacuum can get tiring after awhile. It definitely isn’t as lightweight as this one. This cordless vacuum covers more area in less time and uses less of my energy to do it. Cleaning my floors is now A LOT easier.

> 3 dayLove that it’s lightweight and fits under most things. Great for our hardwood and tile. Does ok on carpet too but it’s best featured for a quick dog hair pickup. Good battery life too

Greater than one weekAmazing performance for a battery vacuum. It wont do our thick rugs, but does well on the vinyl floors and low carpet. It picks up most hair, dust, and dandruff. Having 2 cats, it does an excellent job managing their shedding. Ill vacuum 2 to 3 times a week. So having 2 batteries comes in handy. 1 battery charge does my whole 2 bedroom apartment. The adjustment on the wand makes vacuuming under furniture easy. Nothing is out of reach. As far as power goes it does well, but The Shark Apex is what I use for increased suction.

> 3 dayThis is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased. My home is 1100 sq ft and I rarely have to charge this. It’s light, flexible and goes from floor to carpet without a problem. Suction is strong. I’ve had some expensive vacuums but this beats everything. I did buy the extra warranty but I don’t think I’ll have to use it. Very well made.

> 3 dayI’ve never had a cordless vacuum before this one. Did lots of research before deciding. My home is fairly clean, all hardwood floors, one area rug, and four furry animals. My goal was to have a vacuum I could use five minutes each day to keep up on things, as well as something easy my husband would be inclined to use. I received my vacuum on 5/25 but didn’t use it until 5/26, at which point I conditioned the first battery like the manual said. It seemed a little underpowered but overall it worked well enough on the hardwood. However, it did next to nothing for our area rug which holds a lot of hair. I decided if it worked well on the hardwood, I’d consider it a win (albeit pricey) and would simply keep our old corded vacuum for the carpet. Kind of a pain but oh well. On 5/28, I used it for a second time, conditioning the second battery. On 5/30, I used it for a third time and suddenly after a few minutes of use (not vacuuming anything crazy, just bare floor) the sound of the motor in the floor piece became very fast, loud, and clunky. I took everything apart, cleaned everything I could, and it still kept acting up. The next day my husband looked at it and we determined it was coming from around the belt that drives the floor brushes. Today, 6/1, I called Shark customer support. The representative was rude and apathetic and audibly sighed at me. Despite explaining all the troubleshooting I had already done and knowing the general area the problem was coming from, she made me go through basic troubleshooting, again. Okay, I get she has a script to follow. But the extremely basic troubleshooting was an insult to my intelligence and a complete waste of my time. Wouldn’t you know it… she determined the problem was coming from the brush area. Surprise. But then offered no troubleshooting for that specific area. Instead, she mentioned the unit comes with a limited warranty BUT THE PIECE ISN’T COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. Well isn’t that convenient. She went on to say a new piece would cost me $90. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she could sell it to me for 50% discount. Still no, I asked for a manager. Finally, she said she’d send me a new piece for free, as a “courtesy”. So to clarify, I used the vacuum THREE times in the span of a week and it BROKE. That’s a defective item, not wear and tear from usage. And then I was expected to pay more to fix it on top of the $300 I had spent purchasing it only a week ago. That kind of “customer service” is evil. All I can think about is a senior citizen calling with the same problem and being treated rudely and taken advantage of. It certainly makes me question buying anything from Shark! My replacement piece arrives in a week. I’ll update then. As for other info, the wheels seem gentle on our hardwood floor that’s badly in need of refinishing, so I worry about wheel scuffs and scraped. I like that the fins don’t eat up lamp cords or socks hiding under the bed. I did feel electrical build up in the unit/myself while using it but our house is very dry so that’s not uncommon, and it never fully shocked me. It was quiet until it wasn’t. The dust collector seemed to do a good job of actually retaining all the super small dust particles. It has a useful LED on the floor piece. The pet multi tool actually snaps apart into two pieces, which was more efficient when going over our couch cushions.

> 3 dayLove it over all the several vacuums we have. Lightweight, on floor attachment works so effortlessly and efficiently it almost feels like self propelled. It even has a POWER BOOST. The Queen of vacuums says, get it as you will NOT be dissapointed. I was able to get it on sale of Amazon Pet day, but even at regular price its worth it.
