Bought this for my mom who has back issues, and she loves it. She says it’s very easy to use and much easier on her back than a regular vacuum. It has 2 batteries for easy switch out. Very pleased with purchase.

I have three cats that are always rough-housing and I get fur ALL OVER THE PLACE! This vacuum just pulls it right up easily! Light weight & easy to maneuver. One of the BEST vacuums Ive ever had the pleasure of owning. SO GLAD that I made the decision to buy!

I REALLY, REALLY wanted to love this vacuum. I wanted it for so long and saved up for it. I thought it would be great for under my furniture, vacuuming my ceiling fans, car, and other areas that a less heavy and cordless vacuum would come in handy. However, because of the joint to allow the vacuum to go under furniture, it is wobbly and flimsy. The suction isn’t great so there is a turbo lever you can pull for more power, which is better- but you also drain the battery faster. I wish I can return this and really regret spending $400 on this. I have a Shark lift away that I have had for 7 years and decided I love that one more and won’t be getting rid of it as it is more durable and sturdy. It’s just heavy and cumbersome for me when trying to vacuum ceiling fans, etc.

One clean and I am about to lose my mind! It cleaned very well but then theres the next part: 1) You cant hold the handle and remove the wand from the floor part - they are too far apart. So, when you are BENDING over (the previous models had a foot button to release the wand) to release the wand, the top becomes unbalanced and top heavy because you cant reach the handle. 2) There is no light on the end of the wand when you release it from the foot part so you are chasing dust with no rhyme or reason - again, the previous models had a light. 3) Be prepared to TOUCH A LOT OF DUST!!! Emptying the dust bin is a NIGHTMARE! All of the dust will get stuck and will need to get pulled out. It will also get trapped and fall out all over you and the floor or in the air from the wand to the dust bin. In 40+ years of vacuuming, I have never touched so much dust from a sweeper until this one. 4.) Immediate asthma attack and allergy flare from all of the release of dust when Emptying the dust bin. DO NOT get this vacuum - it is awful!!!!

Amazing performance for a battery vacuum. It wont do our thick rugs, but does well on the vinyl floors and low carpet. It picks up most hair, dust, and dandruff. Having 2 cats, it does an excellent job managing their shedding. Ill vacuum 2 to 3 times a week. So having 2 batteries comes in handy. 1 battery charge does my whole 2 bedroom apartment. The adjustment on the wand makes vacuuming under furniture easy. Nothing is out of reach. As far as power goes it does well, but The Shark Apex is what I use for increased suction.

Picks up dog hair & other light dirt/debris great. Heavier pieces of dirt not so much. Mud clods the size of small rocks get flung around the room. The older model Shark without the rubber fins pick those up better than this model. I would purchase again as it does work great, just not for winter mud time.

Always loved Shark products. Wanted to get a newer model and cordless. This cleaner is excellent!!! Its got the great light, picks up super well on hardwood or carpets. Also really wanted the anti hair roller - prevents hair from wrapping around the roller. An issue for me as I have pretty long hair. This works very well!!!! And on top of everything it folds up nicely and fits easily into a closet!! Love all of the features- and no cord to lug around!! It also came with all of the attachments! Game changer for me - so much easier to vacuum I now do so more often!!!
