Solid floors and carpet! This one actually works on carpet. Does it take the place of a big vac? No, but great for quick jobs. Love the 2 batteries, always have plenty of juice.

We have had two Dyson cordless vacuums before this, and I will never go back to Dyson after having this Shark. We’ve had our shark cordless vacuum for two months, and I am so impressed with this vacuum. We purchased the vacuum that comes with two batteries. I expected to be changing these out every 20 minutes, because that’s about the battery life of the Dyson. However it seems like we get 1-2 hours of runtime per battery. It is so convenient. We will have the same battery on the vacuum for over two weeks without charging it for light cleanup here and there. When that battery dies, swap it out with a new one and it’s ready to go. Zero downtime so far. The suction power is great. Better than my last Dyson. The power mode is great for getting the little pieces that are close to the edges of baseboard and toe kick. Great for getting pet hair out of rugs. I love the two molds for hard surface floors and carpet. Exceptional product for the price.

Thought this vacuum would be great looking for something that would do everything but Ive been having a problem with all vacuum cleaners just burning up the brush roll with hair getting sucked up into the bearings after a few runs so I must say if you have cats or dogs or girls you need to purchase a much cheaper vacuum very disappointed in the quality of the brush roller assembly for the price of this vacuum

I have had all the high dollar vacuums. This is by far my favorite because. 1. It is rechargeable and comes with 2 batteries. -always ready to go. 2. It is quick and easy to empty. No bags. No mess. 3. It has a trigger for super suction when needed. 4. It cleans edges better than any vacuum I’ve ever owned. 5. It is lightweight and easy to carry multiple floors. 6. It comes with attachments for small spaces, stairs and for furniture. 7. It converts to a handheld for furniture or small messes. We bought this while our house was under construction and it has risen to the many challenges. On top of that we have 3 big dogs and one Weenie dog plus two cats. Great for pet hair. Highly recommend!

While this is a little heavier than a cordless Dyson V10, having 2 batteries means you never run out of a charge.

Have an older 1 and this 1 is way better.

I bought this vacuum and I am very happy with it. It’s easy to use, It picks up the dog hair really well and the battery lasts longer than my other shark. It cleans really well. I just love this vacuum
