This is a great all around vacuum for someone with hard floors and area rugs. Perfect for everyday vacuuming. Easy to use, works great!

The head on this vacuum is very very maneuverable. I like that it came with two batteries; one to use one to charge or finish the job if necessary. For this price point, I wish that it had an edge cleaner but other then that it is a fantastic vacuum

The vacuum is light weight and cleans well. Hair does not wrap on the brushes. The only shortcoming is there is no users manual shipped with the vacuum.

Love this vacuum! I try to remember to charge the battery the night or morning before I plan to clean. It is easy to maneuver, especially love the compact size for fitting under kitchen cabinets and around toilets. The light is excellent for pointing out all the dog hair on the floor before it sucks it up. We have a hairy lab and have been very happy with the results after each clean. Would recommend! Especially for the sale price I paid. 10/10!

Wow! It works great! It’s easy to use, has good suction power and quick clean up-on hair mess. I’m a satisfied customer, thankful that I bought it.

Well made though a bit on the heavier side. Doesnt require wall mount or stand. Goes from rug to floor without a hitch. Duoclean head a BIG plus, especially if you have area rugs and wood flooring. Head doesnt clean right up to baseboard edge. Need to detach hand-held for that. Glad that I have a model with a second battery. Longer warranty than most. Would buy again.

Charge does not last very long

Wouldn’t recommend it on anything other than hardwood. Always clogs up on us unfortunately.

The machine is good, it is not too heavy to hold. It cleans well. But one battery can only work for about 35 mins in the wood floor mode at the first time, which is much different with the introduction from the website(60 mins). So the dual batteries is neccessary. Not sure how long the battery can work for the same time... Hope I can use it at least for one year. I used another brand vacuume, the batterys life is match with the introduction in the website. The other brands battery said that it can work for 60 mins, it indeed can work for 60 mins. But this vacuume is not match with introduction.
