> 3 dayScratches the itch I had for a super telephoto lens, the 150-600mm range really gave me the ability to catch hard to capture wildlife at a comfortable distance without sacrificing the picture quality. I like that it has two image stabilization settings (one for standard landscape shots and one for vertical portrait shots). Just be aware that this lens IS a bit heavy, and Id recommend using the included tripod mount to keep your shots in frame and to give your arms a rest. TL;DNR: buy this, you wont regret it.

> 3 dayMy lens developed a fault and I was unable to activate the free two year warranty because Sigma UK do not recognise Amazon UK as an authorised UK retailer and my lens serial number is not on their system as an official UK import. If the product was bought in the UK using Amazon UK, then all Sigma customers should get the same benefits, no?

Greater than one weekAlways wanted one of these, it is far superior to any of the much cheaper manual telephotos and mirror telephotos Ive tried over the years, which always left me missing shots, as I couldnt focus quickly enough for wildlife.
