Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens for Canon

Was bit confused between tamron and sigma... Finally went with sigma since this also supports teleconverter(if I need it in future).... As usual lens camera are all secondary to the person behind the camera....

Ho avuto il Tamron 150-600 G2 e dopo 4 anni e mezzo ho deciso di sostituirlo con questo per i troppi problemi di compatibilità con la mia Canon R6.

Bon piqué, manque un peux de lumière mais normal avec un 600mm ! Je recommande !

I have no idea why I bought this lens since I am not a nature photographer. Actually, photographer is somewhat a misnomer unless one uses it only because he/she has a camera and occasionally takes pictures. However, my experience goes back some 45 years so I guess I have some claim, experience-wise.

Im totally amazed with the way this lens shoots, both with the matched Sigma 1.4 Teleconverter and without... The highly rated 1.4 Teleconverter is also worth every penny, and takes No sharpness away, I also believe only adds to it. Auto focus worked perfect also with the TC and is so fast.

I got this lens mostly to explore the world of birds and wildlife. Ive only had for a month, but its definitely upped my game and seriously improved my photography. Love this lens and find that it works super well with my full frame Canon 5D iv.

great lens, sharp at all the focal lenghts . It allows nice separation of the background even with a relatively small aperture. I use it with mc-11 on an a7r2. With such a setup one needs to learn the limitations but it still can give great satisfactions
