The sensor made it just past the return date and then died Ive already replaced the batteries nothing this is the worst system Ive ever had. Do not buy SimpliSafe or you will be sorry and wasting money

I have had SimpliSafe for two years now this alarm system is nothing less than incredible. Easy to program the battery life is phenomenal as it is a wireless system I got nothing but mad love for SimpliSafe products. Best alarm system Ive ever had on my home. I do wish they had a exterior siren meant for outdoor use. That said its the best alarm system EVER!!!

Had no problems setting up and testing any of the components. Had problem with one of the cameras not connecting to the internet. Tested while speaking to one of SimpliSafes technicians and determined the camera was defective. They immediately put a new one in the mail to me. There customer service is very good. Received the new camera and everything works as advertised. Im very satisfied with the system and the price.

These entry sensors are a good size and were easy to add to my SimpliSafe system. They have good range (wireless) and the batteries they came with were fresh. I was a little disappointed that the individual packaged units didnt have an extra/second 2-sided 3M mounting tape in case the unit had to be adjusted/relocated during installation. That would be a nice added feature. (The whole package system Owners Manual also stated that there were extra 2-sided mounting tapes included, which wasnt correct.) Not enough of a negative to change my overall rating, but a bother that could be improved upon.

I recently added the SimpliSafe Entry Sensor - Window and Door Protection to my home security system, and I have to say, it has done a great job. The sensor is easy to install and works seamlessly with my SimpliSafe system. The sensor is a perfect solution for window and door protection, and I appreciate the added security it provides. It is a small and discreet sensor that blends well with my homes decor, so it doesnt look out of place. I also appreciate that the sensor comes with a set of adhesive strips and screws, making it easy to install wherever I need it. The SimpliSafe Entry Sensor is incredibly responsive and detects any movement or opening of the door or window it is attached to. I receive notifications on my phone immediately when the sensor is triggered, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my home is secure.

Bought system through Simplisafe. Setup was okay but I found that the only entry sensors they now provide can not accommodate my most vulnerable door. This door is inset 5 and wont clear their sensor magnet because it opens to the inside. And the sensor and magnet cant communicate if they are more than 2 apart so its impossible to mount it 5 apart and have it work. They used to make slim magnets which would have allowed me to use a sensor on that door but customer service says they no longer do. Also system alarmed twice in Away mode. When I got home could not find any indication of an attempted break-in. Sent it back (they have a good return policy) and am awaiting my refund.
