One entry sensor will not stay in place. Had to put up three times now in 2days.

I bought the security system because of the way things are. Was so easy to use and the people who back up the program are just a bunch of GREAT human beans.

If you bought your simplisafe system after 2018 then the sensors will not work / connect to your system. Simplisafe updated their system at this time - I bought these trying to get the bulk price and once I got them found they had a 6 digit SN and the original entry sensors only have 5 digits so you cant even enter the SN into the key pad to get them to connect to the original system. On summary you are stuck either getting a completely new system or going directly to simplisafe.com and paying full price and shipping from them. Spent 13 on shipping alone from them, at least they still have them I guess.

This system is so easy to install. it only took my husband 30 minutes to install 17 door and window sensors a glass break motion detector and a siren. Could not ask for any better security system

For me, one of the attractive aspects of these sensors is their ability to stick onto the window or door rather than having to screw them on. But, the sticky material they come with is poor quality. Even though I cleaned the mounting surface with alcohol, several of these wont stay attached to the door oe window. Discovered that the first time in the middle of the night when one fell off the window, setting off the alarm. Unpleasant way to wake up. I figured it was just that one, but shortly after that, another one fell off. Then another. Ill probably have to use the screws to attach them all, since we dont trust any of them to actually remain attached to the doors or windows. Until I do that, we dont even use the alarm system since were afraid of when the next one will fall off. Except for that fatal flaw, the system works fine - I can attest to that after several sleepless nights after false alarms. I would not recommend these until they fix this problem.

Easy setup and straight forward product. However after only 2 months, I have batteries dying in the sensors.
