> 3 dayThis is an easier solution than the Apple option. It let me use the NVMe SSD I already owned and was easy to install. The only downside was with a full length SSD card, the slot to secure the bracket can’t be reached.

20-11-2024What an absolute easy upgrade. As long as you have the tamper-proof torx bits to get into your Mac Mini this upgrade will take you about 5 minutes to install. My mac mini is super fast now and after reformatting and restoring the OS in the new NVMe SSD I installed my speed has jumped from about 60mps to 700.

> 3 dayMy 2014 Mac Mini was running on a 5400rpm platter drive and it was taking full minutes to boot up and get to a workable desktop. I was ready to replace it completely with a brand new one. Then I got this and put in a 1TB SSD in addition to the 1TB platter drive. Now it boots and runs like brand new and I use the platter drive for long term storage. If you have a 2104 Mac Mini that you want to breathe new life into this is the solution.

> 3 dayI bought an SSD and used this adapter card to upgrade my Mac Mini. Dont forget the correct screwdriver for the screws on the bottom of the case. No joke...I was torn down, upgraded, and booted back up in less than TEN minutes. Super easy upgrade even if youre a novice.

17-11-2024The Sintech M.2 NGFF NVMe SSD Card is great quality adapter, that was easy to install. The best thing about this adapter is the included screw and screwdriver. The screw does a good job of holding the SSD in place. This fit nicely in a Mac Mini, took minutes to install.

18-11-2024I have a 2017 Mac Mini. In order to stay compatible with my iPhone 8 I had to update the OS. This rendered the Mac useless as it would take approx 60 second just to open a window. After adding the 1TB Samsung SSD the Mac is once again a fast computer. Im totally dissappointed with Apple for selling my a computer that killed itself in just over 3 years but Samsung saved the day.

Greater than one weekEasy install. Wasn’t aware that NVME drives sit at a 30 degree angle, so that freaked me out since I thought my drive was bent. Mac mini detected the drive after a format. Used the included adhesive and screw to seat the adapter appropriately. It fit into the logic board easily.
