> 24 hourAssuming it would, the value proposition is awesome. It just doesnt work on Macs, and Hynix had no intention on making it work (nor making any indication about the incompatibility). I bought for an OWC thunderbolt drive enclosure, and OWC was responsive, but thats where it stopped.

> 24 hourI initially didnt realize the speeds on this thing were as fast as they were. I needed an NVME device mainly for storage purposes, so speed wasnt of the essence with this. Well, after testing this thing, I immediately swapped out my old NVME gaming SSD and changed it for this one. Good grief. This thing beat my Samsungs write speeds. It ALMOST beat the read! It was a no-brainer really. I will be building a monster PC here in the next few months. I will be looking to get 4 more of these SSDs unless someone else comes out with something better. Im just blown away by this. I shouldnt be surprised though. Im just not used to seeing Hynix kick out their own storage. As it stands, SK Hynix is the worlds second-largest memory chipmaker behind Samsung. If anything, it makes sense these SSDs are so solid. You just cant go wrong picking this up. Its likely one of the best you can get atm. Dont let this pass you by.

> 24 hourCame in a small package with minimal stuff. Package does not have a screw or a standoff for installing the drive. Fortunately my motherboard came with both. Installation was pretty straightforward. CrystalDiskMark shows 3500MB/s Reads and 3350MB/s sequential write speeds. Overall pretty happy with the purchase. Bonus points for using biodegradable packaging. Made me pretty happy seeing it.
