Sliding Door Child Lock - Baby Proof Closets, Glass Door, Windows, 2 Pack, Clear

I got this lock in hopes that it would keep my closet that has sliding doors locked and my cats out of it. It works like a charm! My cats even try to paw and push around the closet doors but the lock wont let them budge.

Works as described and easy to use. Gonna buy some more. A+++

My two year old sleeps independently in his room, and early in the morning or before bed he’d be sliding his closet doors open and slamming them closed, resulting in huge banging noises and even his fingers would get caught sometimes. I’d have to go in there several times to tell him to stop, but nothing worked. This lock is worth the price! He can no longer open the closet doors and we all sleep peacefully now, and no more hurt fingers!

Easy to attach and gives decent protection from your door opening and you not hearing it. I have a sliding glass door with a removable doggie door partition. When it’s in my door is left just sitting against it. Installing his has been a peace of mind for me. If they yank at the door it will break but it gives you the chance to react and does hold pretty well!

Bought this because we have a cat and our cat is smart enough to open the closet. The closet is the sliding type. It was very easy to install and use. About the adhesive part, will be back to see how long it will last. When installing it, it seems like the adhesive will last but time will tell.

Purchased since my 2 and 4 year old like to open windows in their bedrooms. I installed the lock to the very top so they can’t reach and so far a success.

My German Shepherd kept opening my sliding patio door, I installed a burglar bar, and after her watching me use it for about a week, she figured it out. So my friend suggested this, and I LOVE it!

Im sure these would work well on sliding patio doors because Ive used similar products as a deterrent, but we use these on sliding closet doors to keep the cat out. Easy to install and easy to use.

Obviously I don’t expect this to keep a burglar out, I just wanted to keep the toddler in. And it’s doing it’s job! Will definitely buy again if needed in the future.
