> 3 daySo, I have 2 cats who cannot help but break into my sliding mirrored door closet. It was becoming a nightmare and then I came across this! Ever since I have made this purchase and put this on my closet door, I have noticed the attempt my cats have made to break in and their epic fails! I havent had to refold anything or hang up my clothes again. They have gotten in once or twice by being persistent but I can deal with that instead of finding them in my closet every day. If you have 2 sneaky and very smart cats then yes, this should do the trick.

> 3 dayEver had a cat that insists on sneaking around in your closet? What about a cat that uses your hanging clothes as a ladder sort of like in American Ninja - clawing, scratching, pulling threads until only shredded fabric is left? Thats been me for awhile. Ive been baffled by the fact that the closet doors are difficult for humans to open, getting caught on the rollers and what not. However, my bengal cat appears to have the strength of 5 humans and opens the doors with no difficulty at all. She apparently knows how to pull duct tape off the doors as well. I saw this sliding door lock on Amazon after researching tons of options. I decided to give it a try. It worked the first time and every time since. Its easy to install and highly effective. My cat has not gotten in the closet since the day I put it on. Now, if she evolves with posable thumbs, I may be in trouble but for right now, I am confident my clothes are safe from her razor sharp claws.

> 3 dayI had considered and looked at dowels for the bottom track of the mirrored closet doors but saw this when I was looking for child proofing. It seems to work fine and is much better than having to bend over constantly to remove dowels. I did this because I wanted to make sure a cat could not get in the closet. It is easy to use and there are two per package, so I have an extra just in case. The closet doors are quite lightweight and I would not use it for the double-pane patio doors, although it may work also.

> 3 dayThis simple lock works perfectly to keep my little hooligan of a cat from opening the closet doors anymore! It took about two seconds to put in place and the doors still slide easily when its unlocked. The little monkey will simply have to find trouble elsewhere now.

Greater than one weekThese small devices are a Godsend! My cat is continually trying to gain access to my closet. She loves it in there; however, my clothes do not. They end up covered in cat hair! I tried unsuccessfully blocking the closet doors with other items and she always found a way around them. Other methods also failed. These locks have finally solved my problem. They are easy to install, just peel & stick. They are completely flat and out of the way when I need access to the items in my closet. When I shut the doors, it just takes a second to engage the locks and my cat can no longer get inside! I would recommend these items. They were exactly as described.

> 3 dayWe travel full time in our RV with a dog and two cats. To keep the dog from eating the cat food, we leave their food in the shower, which has three sliding glass doors. We kept the doors closed most of the way so only the cats could fit through, but our big 75 pound dog figured out how to push the doors open with his nose! Now we have these locks on the doors and the dog cant get to the cat food. Plus, its very easy to open them up to allow the doors to slide completely open when we need them too. We LOVE this product!!

> 3 dayI have a 7yr old very strong daughter who is an eloper. I couldnt find the bar lock they used to sell back in the day for our sliding glass doors. I bought thinking it was cheap enough if she breaks it but it was worth a try. Welp, its been weeks of people pulling on the doors forgetting its got a lock and its still holding strong! Definitely worth it!!
