First of all, if you dont know much about electric installation, seek someone who does! That said, this was easy to install. After finding the neutral wire, I thought this would be easy. I removed the old switch and wired this in place, including the new neutral connections. The switch includes the trails and connectors youll need to install it and the instructions are pretty clear (although I didnt need them). Once it was installed, pairing it to my phone was easy and I was pleased it integrated easily with IFTTT. I dont use Alexa or any other assistant, but I dont see why it wouldnt work perfectly. The app is easy to use. On top of that, the seller reached out to me to make sure it has all gone well and user support. Great switch and great seller. Highly recommended! If that wasnt enough, even my wife likes it! She says its the one light in the house thats always on when she needs it.

In the process of changing out my traditional light switches with smart switches i have purchased some other brands but this switch seemed of higher quality. instructions were clear and the installation was easy. Connects quickly to my network (I use the smart life app and google home) and looks great I would highly recommend, and will look purchase additional switches from this company

Im fairly tech savvy, so setting up their app and then granting permissions in Google Home was pretty simple. It joined the network easily, tool the password the first time and the scheduling features are spot on. Did testing to make sure its not just flipping the binary (so a turn on command would turn it off if it was already on) and the ability to group the lights in Google Home and voice control mean it doesnt matter where the switch is in the house. Awesome for automating outside lights.

Very good switch for the price. I had to get an electrician to run a neutral wire but that wasn’t the fault of the switch since they warn you that it has to have one. Once I had the correct wiring for it everything went very smoothly.

I installed these switches in the master bedroom to control the ceiling fan and its light. The directions were easy to understand, and the installation is fairly simple. The switches paired with my home network without any problem, and worked well with my system. I have to give these switches only four stars though because the indicating lights built into them are too bright. They have both a blue light that lets you know your switch is paired with your system, and a blue light to indicate when the switch is on. These switches would be great to use anywhere but a bedroom. The indicating lights are so bright, they will actually disturb your sleep. I actually wound up replacing these switches with another brand whos indicating lights werent so bright.

1st, bought in July 2020. I don’t recall any issues installing it, and it has been paired with my system with no issues since. 2nd, the reason for my review - it did become disconnected from my Wi-Fi and I couldn’t figure out how to reconnect it (I got rid of the directions like a fool). Reached out to tech support and got it figured out quickly. So when you pair the switch, it has two modes for pairing. If you can’t pair it with the first mode (fast blinking lights), switch the nose to the second mode (slow blinking lights). The way to activate pairing mode is turn it on - off - on - off - on. After a few seconds the light should start flashing fast. To make it go to 2nd mode, same thing. (Off since you’re starting from on) - on - off - on - off - on. 2nd mode will have the switch create a Wi-Fi network you join and then add through the app. If that makes no sense, sorry, but reach out to the company! Only negative is the blue lights on the switch don’t turn off and act as a bit of a night light at night. Other than that, this has been great.

It took about 2 hours to install which was longer than I expected, but I was able to find all the help and instructions that I needed. Connecting took many attempts but I think that was because my WiFi was on the same circuit as my switches. Some of the help sources I found instructed me to press the reset button at the bottom left of the switch but it does not exist. Once I found that I could reset by holding the button for 5 seconds, I was successful. I have to retrain myself on turning on the light switch manually. If I stop in front of the switch and carefully press the middle of the button firmly, the light will come on. If I am sloppy, it will reject me, which offends me.

Installation was straight forward. Works well with the Tuya app.

After wiring these switches up, I tried to put the first one in to wifi setup mode. At first, it looked like a fast blink, but it just never got picked up by the Smart Life app. I also could not see a new MAC/IP address on my router (it does 2.4 and 5.0Ghz and has different names for each SSID). Also, the light it was controlling would just turn off after 3-4 seconds. Thats when I noticed it was flashing a blink code. Im not positive, but I think it was 7-6-4-3. I reached out to the email address mentioned in many of the other reviews, and while they did respond, they just kept telling me to read all of the instructions. This went back and forth a few times, and finally I just ordered two of the Martin Jerry smart switches. I have 5 of their wall plugs, and they all work great. After connecting the Martin Jerry switches, they just worked and setup was as easy as these should have been since they both use the Smart Life app. There was nothing wrong with my wiring or my network. These switches are KS-602. There is zero info on google about any blink codes, but there does seem to be a website that has people discussing flashing them with their custom firmware. Interesting hobby idea, but thats not for me. Also, I was only finding one other switch that came in a 2 gang kit (it is a KS-602s - I didnt want to risk it), so all I had to do was go buy a new face plate for the Martin Jerry switches. Other people on here are giving these switches 4 and 5 stars, so they must work, but somehow I got two duds. Its not the end of the world, but the amount of time I had to spend assuring Lulu with their support was excessive and a bit aggravating due to what I assume is a language difference. If you work with them, be patient. I did feel like they were genuinely trying to help.

The product is straight forward, links with smartlife quickly, and is stylish. The only thing of note is rather than a rocker style switch like some of the other brands this is only a touch plate sensor. Works just fine just not what was expected.
