> 3 dayLooks great, works great. Blue light is way too bright in an otherwise dark room. (I use this for a ceiling fan) This wouldnt bother me if there was a software way to disable it, but they didnt think of that I guess. Light switch that downloads its own software to run from the internet not capable of controlling its own internal light. Ironic.

> 3 dayI bought the two pack because I have a double-gang box at the front door. One switch controls the outside flood lights and the other an electrical outlet that turns a lamp on and off. I wanted to install them myself, but when I opened the electrical box and saw the dozens of wires, I decided that this was beyond my expertise (if it had been at another location in the house, I would have been able to do it). The electrician had no trouble installing them. He commented on how good looking they are and the fact that its a touch sensitive switch with no moving parts. He connected both of them and we turned the electricity back on. They blinked just as the instructions said. I had previously installed and set up an account with Smart Life on my android phone. The switches were instantly recognized and I renamed them put in my routers password and finished the process. One reviewer complained that there were no instructions for Google Home or Alexa. This is NOT the fault of this manufacturer.... every smart Wi-Fi device that Ive purchased leaves that setup instructions to Google or Alexa. I opened my Google Home account, allowed Home Life app complete access and the entire installation was completed in less than 30 minutes! The lights work great - I can control them by voice through Google Home, on my andoid phone, and by Internet on my laptop. I set schedules for them to come on at dusk and off at midnight. I especially like the blue backlights. It gives them a high-tech look. When the switch is turned on, the blue gets brighter. I would highly recommend these switches for anyone wanting to create a smart home through Wi-Fi. Though I used an electrician to install them, more simple electrical boxes have quite a few less wires than mine and can be installed by the user as long as you are comfortable with electrical connections. I always say, when in doubt, always have a professional do it.

Greater than one weekI didn’t see any where in the directions that the back cover plate has to go in first before installing.

> 3 dayLove these switches. I am not an electrician but a really good DIY guy. I was able to install this quickly once I learned about the Neutral wire that should be in all new houses. Cant define new but my house was built in 2017. Anyway, the instructions are straighforward once you know how to find the netural, which should be the white wire bundle stuck in each wall recepticle. Review the instructions to see how you add a connection to the neutral wire and it is done. If you know all of this, and have a 12 awg wire to connect to the neutral wire, the install is about 10 mins. (Perhaps you can tell I did not know what the neutral wire was and it took me some time to understand how electricity flows in a house. I leaner a bunch!!). These switches are fun to use with Alexa and the Smarthings app.

> 3 dayI purchased these light switches as an affordable alternative to other name brands on the market that were 3 times the price! After receiving them, I called an electrician and had them installed by a reputable professional in my local area. I proceeded to navigate the the instructions to pair them with my wifi and after a couple of times, I had all the light switches paired and working great. Hopefully time will tell if they will last - I would say the only con of these lights is the housing itself is a little bigger than standard lights which is completely understandable, So if you will be installing multiple switches in a 2, 3, or 4 gang wall unit; you will have to space them accordingly in order for them to fit just right.

> 3 dayAfter wiring these switches up, I tried to put the first one in to wifi setup mode. At first, it looked like a fast blink, but it just never got picked up by the Smart Life app. I also could not see a new MAC/IP address on my router (it does 2.4 and 5.0Ghz and has different names for each SSID). Also, the light it was controlling would just turn off after 3-4 seconds. Thats when I noticed it was flashing a blink code. Im not positive, but I think it was 7-6-4-3. I reached out to the email address mentioned in many of the other reviews, and while they did respond, they just kept telling me to read all of the instructions. This went back and forth a few times, and finally I just ordered two of the Martin Jerry smart switches. I have 5 of their wall plugs, and they all work great. After connecting the Martin Jerry switches, they just worked and setup was as easy as these should have been since they both use the Smart Life app. There was nothing wrong with my wiring or my network. These switches are KS-602. There is zero info on google about any blink codes, but there does seem to be a website that has people discussing flashing them with their custom firmware. Interesting hobby idea, but thats not for me. Also, I was only finding one other switch that came in a 2 gang kit (it is a KS-602s - I didnt want to risk it), so all I had to do was go buy a new face plate for the Martin Jerry switches. Other people on here are giving these switches 4 and 5 stars, so they must work, but somehow I got two duds. Its not the end of the world, but the amount of time I had to spend assuring Lulu with their support was excessive and a bit aggravating due to what I assume is a language difference. If you work with them, be patient. I did feel like they were genuinely trying to help.

> 3 dayThis switch is easy to install, had no problem setting it up on an IPad. Logged in on my Google Account and had it functioning right away. It is installed in a new house and all neutral wiring is in switch box, it is operating under cabinet lights, switch was installed to far from cabinets and counter so this is a fix for that. When we go out at night we turn this light on before we get home to have light in the kitchen upon returning. We have 4 other third party vender smart controls in the house, this is the best of them. In the 70’s I started using X10 and we have almost replaced every unit brought from the old house.

> 3 daythe wires coming with it is super short, so it makes the installation a disaster. Other than that, it is a great product

> 3 dayThis product was a little rough to install but overall loved the look and functionality. However we have only had it installed for 3 months and the button for one of the switches is falling off and will not reattach.

> 3 dayGreat light switch that is compatible to Alexa. I was pleased that it came with all the parts necessary to install including the extra wire extensions needed to connect to the existing wires. Only uncertainty that I had was once hardwired, I was a little confused on how to connect it to wifi. I sent technical support an email and they (LULU) replied very quickly with a very helpful response. All I needed to do was touch the switch on the “ON” symbol for about 5 seconds and then release. Then the wifi symbol blinks blue and then you go to the Smart Life app and follow the setup directions. Once that’s done Alexa automatically was linked. Be sure to change the name of the device to something more personalized so that you can call it by name instead of the numbers/letters default name that gets assigned. Thanks again LULU for the help! Great product and will buy again in the future!
