    I have been using sous vide cooking for many years. After my previous machine broke, I purchased this one after looking at overall reviews. I have had it for nearly a month and love the features that come with it. The WiFi set up was easy to use. Connection via WiFi and being able to control it has been a plus over my previous model from a different company. Whether it is beef, pork, or eggs, all of my recipes have turned out very well and I very happy with my purchase.

    Ive never tried the sous vide technique but have always been intrigued. This machine had everything I was looking for in an appliance to give it a shot, so I finally pulled the trigger recently and am beyond happy I did. Ive tried nearly every protein in the supermarket as well as a few vegetables (asparagus, potatoes, etc), and everything has come out so tasty. What I love most about it is the flexibility it has allowed me to begin dinner prep earlier in the day & save kitchen space as Im completing the side dishes. The knowledge that Im only a quick sear away from perfect and consistent steaks on any given weeknight has taken much stress out of my evenings with family. If youre on the fence, I highly recommend giving this sous vide cooker a shot!

    The pork chop recipe from the book that came with the Sous Vide was the first thing we tried. After all if you can get pork chops to be juicy and tender then everything else will be good. And they were absolutely fabulous!!! This little machine is so easy to use. We have now cooked steaks and looking to do chicken next. I can not believe that we waited so long to get one. The food cooked in it is some the best I have ever eaten and the clean up is a breeze.

    First time trying it. The food was well cooked and lot of learning still needed. The food taste great with it cooked and can be easy to use. I enjoyed the process, but a little disappointed in other ways. The app needs work. It would not really work right with the cooker and I wish it had a option to just pick medium or well done button for the temps instead of guessing and seeing what it might be. Does not help when I can not find the info about temps and what works.

    I love the way the sous vide gives these high quality steaks every time , they come very tender very delicious there really is nothing like cooking with sous vide i use it to make sous vide ribeye tacos and they come out fantastic the best tacos you could get !! Its a must try .. Enjoy !!!

    Since purchasing the product Ive cooked 2 types of steak and bone in pork chops. The steaks, a thick filet mignon and strip steak were both cooked to medium. The filet mignon came out as expected melt in your mouth tender and juicy after follow up sear grilling. The strip steak was about an inch thick certainly not the quality of the filet mignon but did come out tender and juicy also after sear grilling but just not the same consistency of the filet mignon for obvious reasons. Both were delicious! The bone-in pork chop was cooked at 150 degrees which based on a recipe that came with Sous Vide. The recipe recommended 140 degrees but that would have cooked it medium so I just upped the temp to get it closer to well done which is noted in the guide to be 160 degrees+. The chop came out exactly how I like it after pan searing no pink and juicy! My only issue with the product is setting up the wi-fi connection through the downloadable app. It took me a bit of time with my home system to make the connection.

    This is my second sous vide machine. I like this machine better than my first sous vide (which is about 5 years old) because the unit clips on to your container as opposed to a screw on type. It also has an app that you can download and control unit with your phone. Very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

    This is a nice Sous Vide for personal at home use. A little small for any larger style restaurant cooking, but great for anything id say 20 people or less. Very fun & easy to use.
